The 3rd button is the Delete icon used to deleteany entry entered in error. The 4th icon is the Close icon used when you want to move away from your current window back to where were previously. You can search for a patient by the name, address, date of birth, NHS number orformer surname. Now go ahead and search for a patient named Margaret Benjamin. Type in the first 3 letters of the patients surname. You should have two results, one Lucinda and Margaret Benjamin. You could also Search for patients who have a current record open, ones who have left or both current and left. If your patient is not found, try searching using one of the other ways to search. If your patient is found, click On the OK button to retrieve your patient. What other way can search for your patient besides searching by name. Click on the arrow to see the answer.
