Scissors

4/Medium weight yarn. Look on the yarn's ball band tofind out it's yarn size. Pick a bright color to see yourstitches well!Recommended yarns: Red Heart (Most craft stores &Walmart), Big Twist (JoAnn Fabrics), I Love This Yarn!(Hobby Lobby)

Pick out a needle with a large "eye" opening forthe yarn to go through. A aluminum needle willwork best. Also try to find a needle with a blunttip if possible.

Crochet Necessities

5mm Crochet Hook, preferably aluminum. Make sure itisn't a knitting needle! A crochet hook has a curvedhook end, not a straight pointy end.

Note: If you want to make crochet amigurumis (toys), you shouldpurchase plastic safety eyes. Some stores won't have them. JoAnn &Hobby Lobby do. You can order online at Etsy or Amazon.

Any pair of scissors will work!
