CRM 2011Activity Entry Process
Update Project Status including Pre-Qualified Leads

ActivitiesThe old way…
• All activities were entered in as Appointments.
– iPhone Calendar linked to Outlook Calendar
– Outlook Calendar linked to CRM
• In old CRM that was the only way to capture activities that harnessed a mobile device
– Appointment Type Dropdown (cold call, job walk, etc..
– CASP Activity Flag
ActivitiesThe NEW way…
• Brand new activity type: ARDEX Activity– Entry form is streamlined– Can still capture activity type (cold call, job walk,
demo, etc…)– Flags to track specific company mandated activities
– Complete activities 100% from a mobile device• Eliminates the need to go home at the end of the day, push
activities from Outlook to CRM and complete them.

• Appointments still exist in the new CRM
– Can’t remove them from an Administration standpoint, already looked into it
– Users can technically still enter appointments and complete them
• When this happens, a system email will be sent to them indicating they should be using the ARDEX Activity
– NO ARDEX ACTIVITY REPORTING WILL USE APPOINTMENTS

• Users can harness the Aviator:
– https://aviator.ardexamericas.com
• Go to the CRM section
– Search for the desired Project / Account
– View it in the mobile CRM

Step 1 – Click/Tap Ardex Activities Step 2 – Click/Tap New
Step 3 – Enter info & click SAVE

• That’s it.
• No need to push things over and complete them when you get home.

• Users can easily view their ARDEX Activities from their mobile devices
– From Aviator CRM
• Right hand column
• My Activities
– Default view is My Open Ardex Activities
– This can be toggled to show more data:

• Users can navigate to:– https://crm.ardexamericas.com
• Will work on Windows computers in Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer– If a user has something strange going on with one browser in
CRM, try a different one
OR
– Use the Outlook Plugin
• Regardless of method, users navigate to same areas outlined next

• Open any entity (Account, Project, etc…)
• Click on ADD tab Other Activities ArdexActivity

• Can also open any entity (Account, Project, etc..) and go to the Activities section

• Both methods pull up the same entry screen
• Enter data Mark complete

• Filter Activies to ARDEX Activities
• Select appropriate view
Project Qualification and Status Update
• Starting March 16, 2015 the only way to update the status of a project is via the ARDEX Activity
• Same exact process outlined in earlier slides.
• For the appointment type, pick the appropriate status:
Project Qualification and Status Update
• When you select one of the Project Status activity types and click SAVE:
– Data gets saved directly into CRM
– Kicks off a workflow behind the scenes that will go into the linked project (regarding) and UPDATE the status accordingly
• Will allow sales reps to work directly off of their mobile device and fully qualify leads generated from the Inside Sales Team
How to see all of your Pre-Qualified Projects
• We created a view to quickly see ALL projects you have that are in a Pre-Qualified status that need updated
• Also created a view to track the projects that you Qualified that came from Inside Sales
• Next slide outlines how to access these 2 views from a desktop or mobile device
