    Department:Research Fixed Income &Fund Services

    Grade: Executive (E1)

    Location: Mumbai

    Role:

    Functional Responsibility / Domain Related

    Mutual fund quantitative and qualitative analysis like scheme ranking, scheme research, fund manager

    research, performance attribution, fund house research

    Regular interaction and presentations to fund houses

    Customized wealth management research activities like risk profile, goal analysis, asset allocation, model

    portfolios across asset classes and all other activities under the financial planning domain. This would also

    include closely working with the financial planning tools team

    Research on PMS products, ULIPs, PE Funds, REITs

    Write timely analytical articles related to investment products / themes, market trends and wealth

    management

    Any other form of customized research like due diligence, qualitative assessment of front, mid and back

    office processes for asset managers, distributors and institutional investors

    Independently lead assignments and client interactions

    Assisting Managers and Senior Managers in KSS and Franchise activities

    Develop strong sector understanding and building strong domain knowledge

    Process Adherence

    Ensure high quality of analysis and research output

    Planning and completion of research projects / client deliverables on schedule

    Client Management / Stakeholder Management

    Meeting clients at regular intervals for feedback on products

    Candidate Profile:

    Sound knowledge of the mutual funds industry, regulations and investment strategies Working knowledge of insurance products Excellent number crunching / MS Excel skills Excellent presentation and good writing skills Good grip of mutual fund research tools Working knowledge of prowess, Bloomberg, Reuters preferred Ability to think out-of-the box Independent performer

    Ability to work in different teams in deadline driven projects

    Essential Qualifications:

    MBA (Finance) or equivalent OR CA

    1 3 years of relevant work experience in mutual fund / asset management / wealth management

    Job Title: Regional Manager,BD Equity Research Position Code: CC/Research/2013/008

    Department:Research

    Grade: Manager (M)

    Location: Mumbai

    Role:

    Functional Responsibility / Domain Related

    Responsible for Equity Research vertical and identify new business opportunities in this space on a

    continuous basis and coordinate with the product/ research team to launch new products/variants of

    existing products.

    Handle the sales responsibility in the defined territories/ regions/ client segments.

    Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular meetings with key clients/ senior management of

    clients. Should be able to network with the industry and be able to call on senior management of clients.

    Process Adherence

    Manage and grow the existing large client base. Target and pitch to new high value clients/mandates in

    existing and new segments. Should be responsible for lead generation and maintaining a healthy pipeline

    for the team.

    Presales Demo, respond to EOIs, RFPs, etc.

    Contract negotiation, contract closing

    Billing responsibilities

    Manage sales receivables

    Client Management / Stakeholder Management

    Ensures client satisfaction and retention through regular meetings with key clients/senior management of
