A new Rustic burger bun!Imagine a soft bun with a rustic crispness. CrediShine-Rustic is a new convenience decoration for all kinds of bread products. Compared to the long resting times and laborious process traditionally used, CrediShine-Rustic makes it easy to add a rustic look to baked goods. Furthermore, the crust of the bread will remain crisp all through the day.
How to use - it’s easyApply CrediShine-Rustic to the dough pieces before proving e.g. with a multi depositor*. Credi-Shine-Rustic powder only has to be added to water and oil. The mix must be mixed for 2 minutes on medium/high speed before use.
To get the rustic look it is necessary to add steam! The dosage of steam depends on the desired rustic look. Low dosage of steam gives a rustic look with large cracks.
