    In the following Terms & Condions, The term EVENT refers to CREDAI BANKCON 2015, and the term EVENTORGANIZER refers to CREDAI Chamber of Real Estate Developers Associaon of India,

    1. CREDAI BANKCON 2015 being a limited seats Event, registraons to the Event are subject to the availability

    of seats.

    2. This Event is organized by CREDAI, which reserves the right, in its sole discreon, at any point in me, to limit

    or deny access to the EVENT to any enty or individual.

    3. To be eligible to parcipate, you must have at least the Director level designaon in yourCompany/Organizaon. The Event is only for Directors or CEO level professionals.

    4. Parcipaon to the CREDAI BANCKON 2015 is NON-TRANSFERABLE.

    5. Registraon Charges are to be paid in full, no part payments will be acceptable.

    6. Registraon fees and charges once paid are NON-REFUNDABLE.

    7. In case of a delegate cancelling the registraon, the payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

    8. If access is denied by CREDAI for any reason, then payments collected will NOT BE refunded.

    9. By aending the Event, you agree to abide by all generally applicable rules and regulaons governing the

    Event that have been provided or otherwise made known to you by CREDAI.

    10. Without a valid PHOTO ID PROOF, the entry to the event will be DENIED.

    11. Internaonal parcipants must have a valid passport, otherwise entry will be denied.

    12. CREDAI uses the personal data you provide in this registraon for the purpose of administering yourparcipaon in CREDAI BANKCON 2015. To this end, CREDAI may disclose your personal data to third party

    service providers (e.g., mailing houses and any other providers engaged by CREDAI to assist in the conduct

    of the Event).

    CREDAI may also disclose your personal data to other Event Aendees but will do so solely in

    connecon with the Event Aendee List and always in compliance with applicable data protecon laws.

    Except as described herein, CREDAI will not disclose your personal data to any other third party withoutyour consent except where required to do so by law.

    13. For Event Sessions and Speaker Presentaons, CREDAI prohibits the use of cameras and mobile recording

    devices. For all other areas of the Event, CREDAI hires professional service providers (photo/video/audio) to

    document and showcase the Event experience. CREDAI also leverages social media (e.g., Twier and

    Periscope) (i) to post real-me photos and videos to its Social media feeds, and (ii) display select submissions

    from those feeds on monitors throughout the venue. Delegates are encouraged to post their own social

    content from the Event (text, photos, audio, video), provided it does not infringe on copyrighted CREDAI

    content. CREDAI will determine in its sole discreon which posted content will be displayed on the overhead

    monitors at the venue. By aending the Event, you acknowledge and agree as follows: (a) CREDAI may editand use the footage it captures at CEREDAI BANKCON 2015 for markeng and promoonal acvies and for

    any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business; and (b) Due to the prevalence of mobile

    recording devices in today's world, CREDAI disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any

    mulmedia format by other Aendees at the Event.

    14. Limitaon of Liability Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable

    for any lost profits, cost of cover, direct, indirect, incidental, special, reliance, consequenal or punive

    damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the service or the services or funcons of the

    service or arising out of your access to, or inability to access, the service or your reliance upon, the service or

    the services, content or materials in, or funcons of, the service, provision of, or failure to provide services,or informaon, or any damages whatsoever resulng from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not we

    have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability (including negligence). In

    addion, we have no duty to update the service or the contents thereof. applicable law may not allow the

    limitaon or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequenal damages, so the above limitaon or

    exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes

    of acon (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence, or otherwise) exceed the

    amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the service. If you are dissasfied with the service or any of the

    products, services, members, suppliers and/or buyer offered in connecon therewith or associated

    therewith, as the case may be, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be to disconnue from parcipang in

    the EVENT, in accordance with the terms hereof.
