本會作為全國工商聯房地產商會的香港註冊分會，為非牟利性質並以促進會員同業利益、為會員拓展當地和海外市場商機為目標。我們香港分會現有約 260 名會員組成涵蓋房地產行業的各個主要環節，包括物業代理、地產發展 / 投資、房地產基金、REIT、商業銀行、酒店管理、發展管理、測量、規劃、建築設計、投資銀行和私募基金等金融服務。我們的會員大多是行業內活躍和有影響力的市場參與者。我們分會會員網路已經拓展至英國、美國、德國、法國、荷蘭、賽普勒斯、澳大利亞、日本、新加坡、馬來西亞、緬甸、韓國等國家。

本會宗旨﹕

• 在「一國兩制」的原則下，以非牟利性質作為全國工商聯房地產商會（以下稱「總會」）於香港註冊的分會；

• 促進本分會及總會會員在當地、跨越地域和海外房地產的發展及投資機會上的合作；

• 促進中華人民共和國內地（以下稱「內地」）及香港房地產方面的知識、技術及慣常做法上的交流及發展，以提高行業標準及進一步促進房地產市場以致配合行業和整個社會的需求；

• 在本分會的行政委員會認為適合的時間和按其認為合適之程度向總會及公眾反映及表達本分會會員之整體觀點及意見；

• 在本分會的行政委員會認為適合的情況下協助本分會會員，就內地及 / 或香港的房地產的法規、專業、經濟及 / 或科技層面方面發表其意見及立場；

• 組織及促進本分會會員到訪或參與由內地房地產行業舉辦的展覽、會議、講座或其他活動；

• 為本分會會員取得及向其提供有關內地及其他本分會的行政委員會認為適合的海外市場的房地產的資料；

• 協助總會舉辦或參與在香港或世界其他地方舉行的活動，以及促進總會與香港或世界其他地方的相關機構建立聯繫或關係；

• 在總會提出要求及在得到本分會行政委員會同意後，代表總會履行任何職責；

• 與內地機構簽訂有關促進資訊交流、合作及 / 或本分會會員的商機的雙方協議；

• 促進和培養內地房地產行業在自律和良好做法層面上的發展；

• 作出與達致上述目的相關或有利的一切該等事項。

關於全國工商聯房地產商會：全國工商聯房地產商會是在中華全國工商聯合會直接領導下，由中國住宅產業集團聯盟發起於2001 年 11 月成立的大型國際化行業商會，屬非營利社會組織。商會代表中國房地產業廣大企業的共同利益，其宗旨包括﹕

1. 以促進房地產業的可持續發展為己任；

2. 致力於維護行業、企業的合法權益，協助解決企業共同關心的問題；

3. 整合社會資源，搭建行業平臺，從資訊、技術、商務和國際合作等多層面服務於會員企業，提供企業核心競爭力；

4. 倡導行業自律，加強行業及企業的社會責任，建立公平競爭的市場環境。

目前，全國工商聯房地產商會已發展以招商地產、萬通集團、華遠地產等為代表的房地產開發商，以青島海爾、長沙遠大等為代表的部品供應商，以深圳陳世民、美國龍安等為代表的規劃設計企業，為聯華信託等為代表的金融機構 4000 餘家會員，其中副會長 25 家，常務理事 116 家，理事會員 566 家。截至 2007 年 6 月 30 日，全國工商聯房地產商會共有會員 4042 家。會員來自包括房地產開發、部品生產和集成、建築施工、裝飾裝修、科研、規劃設計、園藝、物業管理、監理、諮詢、評估、策劃、金融投資、網絡、資訊、新聞媒體及相關行業組織等各個方面，其中房地產開發企業超過三分之一，部品生產和集成商占三分之一。會員的地域範圍不僅限於中國內地，還包括來自香港、臺灣等地區和日本、新加坡等國家，還有歐洲、澳洲和北美在國內註冊的企業。目前，北京、上海、天津、重慶、香港、福建、甘肅、河南、湖南、江蘇、江西、陝西、四川、陝西等省（直轄市、特別行政區）與常州、貴陽、呼和浩特、晉城、南通、蘇州、溫州、無錫、湘潭、煙臺等城市已陸續成立了住宅產業、房地產或不動產商會。

香港分會 2014- 2016策略

主題：

2015 - 2016 會章以亞太地區策略重心，為此我們於區內積極擴展會員基礎、互訪和交流活動。

國際定位：

作為全國工商聯房地產商會香港分會與全國工商聯房地產商會互聯平台，全球會員可互聯互通及共同參與各會舉辦的活動，成為全國工商聯房地產商會當中最國際化的分會。

大中華及東盟：

加強與中國各級政府單位建立夥伴關係，並深化現時跟橫琴及南沙地方合作，定時與各地分會與房地產協會造訪國內特選省市的企業或成員，同時進一步發展與東盟國家的合作關係及交流活動。

業務發展：

為我們會員內外探索、創造、開展和發掘商業機會，以迎合和滿足會員的營商需求。

開發商組（DG）目標：

• 為房地產開發商的會員提供一活躍平台給予在大中華市場的互動，交流，相互支援 ; 更以配合房地產基金組及專業服務組實踐產業發展 ;

• 讓會員可以相互交流，從而與房地產基金集組及專業服務組會員攜手發展在香港及大中華市場中的機遇，連接商機 ;

• 代表香港分會促進房地產開發行業的整體利益

組成：

開發商組是由一群房地產開發行業 / 企業的會員組成。

房地產基金組（REFG）目標：

• 為房地產基金管理人員及相關服務供應商提供一活躍平台給予在香港及大中華市場的地產基金會員更多互動，交流 ; 及更新產業基金發展市場的需求 ;

• 讓會員可以相互交流，從而與開發商組及專業服務組的會員攜手發展在香港及大中華市場中的機遇，連接商機 ;

• 代表香港分會促進房地產基金管理行業的整體利益。

組成：房地產基金組是由一群房地產基金管理或相關服務供應商的會員組成。為了促進成員之間有更好和更密切的配合支援，相關負責大中華發展商的業務發展的首席執行總裁或高級財務總監成員也會被邀請加入成為房地產基金組的會員。

專業服務組（PSG）目標：

• 進一步支持香港分會邁向國際化及積極鼓勵更多的房地產服務供應商參與行業服務，提升房地產行業的服務質素，實踐專業佳積 ;

• 提供房地產專業服務供應商在香港和中國內地市場的一個活躍平台，從而與開發商組及房地產基金組會員攜手發展在香港及大中華市場中的機遇，連接商機 ;

• 專業服務組通過境內及境外會員配合，以提供培訓和研討會上特設的相關國際化行業專題活動 ;

• 代表香港分會促進房地產專業服務行業的整體利益。

組成：專業服務組是由一群專業服務房地產行業，包括物業發展顧問，估值，規劃，建築設計，測量，銀行基金行政，資金管理，稅務，會計及法律諮詢，房地代理等相關的會員組成。

Introduction of China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong Chapter:Our Chapter is a registered, non-profit making organization, to promote members business of interests in the real estate industry, expand the local and overseas market opportunities for member's target. Now, we have around 270 members covering all major aspects of the industry, including Estate Agents, Real Estate Developer/investor, Professional services, REIT, Commercial and Investment Banking, Hotel Management, Development Management, Surveying, Planning, Architectural Design and Private Equity Funds and other financial services. Our members are mostly active in the real estate industry and are influential market participants. Our members' network covers to US, UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, South Korea and other countries.

Objectives of CRECCHK: • To be a non-profit Making Hong Kong-registered Chapter of the CRECC under the principle of ‘One Country, Two

Systems';

• To promote the business interest of Members of the Chapter and that of Members of CRECC and to create business opportunities for them in local, trans-territorial and overseas real estate market;

• To foster cooperation among Members of the Chapter with Members of CRECCC in local, trans-territorial and overseas real estate development and investment opportunities;

• To facilitate the development and exchange of knowledge, skill and practices of the real estate industry between the Mainland of the People's Republic of China and Hong Kong in order to raise the industry standards and further advance the real estate market to cater for the needs of the industry and society at large;

• To assist members of the Chapter, as the Executive Committee of the Chapter sees fit, in publicizing their views or positions in relation to the legal, professional, economic and / or technological aspect of the real estate industry in Hong Kong and / or the Mainland;

• To organize and facilitate Members of the Chapter to visit or participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars or other activities held by the real estate industry in the Mainland

About China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce (CRECC) China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce (CRECC) is a Class I national non-governmental organization, overseen by the All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce (ACFIC) and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China. Its predecessor is ACFIC Real Estate Chamber of Commerce established in 2001.

CRECC represents the common interests of China's real estate industry with its mission to promote sustainable growth of the real estate sector. It is dedicated to: defending the legal rights and interests of the industry and enterprises, responding to their common concerns; providing services integrating social resources, building up and maintaining an information exchange platform to serve member enterprises at such numerous levels as information, technology, business and international cooperation and elevating the core competiveness of enterprises; advocating for self-regulation, enhancing the social responsibilities of the industry and enterprise and creating a market for fair competition.

China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce has over 5,000 members consisting of leading real estate developers, building material suppliers, design companies and financial institutions, with the developers accounting for 70% of its membership. The chamber has over 30 local chapters including Hong Kong, as well as 12 specialized committees with specific focal areas such as design, finance, senior living and commercial real estate.

Hong Kong Chapter Strategies for 2014-2016

Theme: Asia Pacific as the theme of our Chapter for 2015-2016 by extending membership base, visits & exchange activities with some of the key countries in Asia Pacific

International Positioning: To become the most international chapter among all other chapters of CRECC by serving as the international platform linking members of CRECCHK & CRECC with a global network of membership and activities

Greater China & ASEAN: To establish more partnership relationship with municipal level governments in the mainland & to strengthen existing ones with Hengqin & Nansha, to develop regular business or membership relationship with local chapters & real estate associations in selected province & cities in the mainland and to further develop business relationship & exchange activities with ASEAN countries

Business Development: To explore, create, generate & discover business opportunities for our Members both internally & externally & to cater for & address business requests of our Members

Policies, Regulatory & Market: To identify, study, conduct research & campaign for selective policies, regulatory & market areas which will help improve market participation, increase business opportunities, raise industry standards or allow the communities a better future

Membership: To grow the membership base strongly both in HK, in the Greater China region & internationally including having more major players from different disciplines as Corporate Members

Types of Membership

There are 2 types of Voting Members which are namely (1) Individual Member and (2) Corporate Member. Each of these two types of Members has one vote. Another three types of Members without voting rights are Offshore Individual Member, Offshore Corporate Member and Association Member. All membership applications will be approved by the Executive Committee on a regular basis. You may also find more information in the membership application form.

1. INDIVIDUAL MEMBER

Persons of high standing directly involved in the real estate industry and are permanent residents of Hong Kong or persons habitually residing in Hong Kong and shall consist of:

• Founding Members• Professionals who are members of any related institution and actively involved or strongly interested in the real estate industry• Academics engaging in research or studies on the real estate industry • Practitioners who are directly involved in real estate projects • Such other persons as the Executive Committee may decide from time to time

Membership Groups

Developer Group (DG) Objectives:

• Provide a platform for real estate developers who are active in the Greater China market to interact, exchange, update with each other as well as with members from the Real Estate Fund Group (“REFG＂) / Professional Services Group (“PSG＂) on practices, issues and industry development

2. CORPORATE MEMBER

Commercial entities / business organizations registered in Hong Kong or have their principal place of business in Hong Kong and shall consist of:

• Commercial entities investing in the real estate industry • Commercial entities participating in real estate projects • Commercial entities having strong interest to invest in the real estate industry or to provide services related to the real estate

industry; and• Such other commercial entities as the Executive Committee may decide from time to time

3. OFFSHORE INDIVIDUAL MEMBER (without voting rights)

Persons of high standing directly involved in the real estate industry and worked outside Hong Kong shall consist of:

• Professionals who are members of any related institution and actively involved or strongly interested in the real estate industry

• Academics engaging in research or studies on the real estate industry in the Mainland• Practitioners who are directly involved in real estate projects• Such other persons as the Executive Committee may decide from time to time

4. OFFSHORE CORPORATE MEMBER (without voting rights)

Commercial entities/business organizations registered outside Hong Kong and no its branches or offices set up in Hong Kong; and shall consist of:

• Commercial entities investing in the real estate industry;• Commercial entities participating in real estate projects;• Commercial entities having strong interest to invest in the real estate industry or to provide services related to the real estate

industry; and• Such other commercial entities as the Executive Committee may decide from time to time.

As a Corporate Member, it is entitled to nominate a Key Representative and two Alternate Representatives to our Chapter. Also, the company website of Corporate Members will be posted on our website. Corporate Members can make their business requests to our Business Opportunities Committee.

CRECCHK is the most active real estate association in Asia. For the Chapter's activities, there are All Member Drink and Sharing Luncheon held on the 1st and 2nd Friday of every month respectively; Quarterly Luncheon is usually organized on the 4th Monday in Jan, March, June and September. Apart from all these activities, we are also conducting a 2-year research study on "Aspirations for Quality of Living" which will hold a series of seminars and workshops by inviting experts and highly-regarded researchers from Asia to take part. Our Chapter is also promoting a better use of public space by supporting Des Voeux Road Central pedestrainigation rezoning and other initiatives.

Composition:The Developer Group (DG) of CRECCHK is a group of its members who are working or have worked in the real estate development industry / business.

Real Estate Fund Group (REFG) Objectives:

• Provide a platform for real estate fund managers and related service providers who are active in the Greater China market to interact, exchange, update with each other on practices, issues and industry development

• Promote the interest of the real estate fund management industry as a whole and to represent the CRECCHK in this respect.

Composition:The Real Estate Fund Group (REFG) of CRECCHK is a group of its members who work in real estate fund management or related service provider companies. In order to promote a better and closer tie amongst the members, the CEO/ CFO/ senior member responsible for business development of mainland developers will also be invited to join the REFG if they are also members of the CRECCHK.

Professional Services Group (PSG)

Objectives:• Promote the international business best practice and professionalism by encouraging more real estate service providers

to be involved actively in this industry. To further support CRECCHK's goals, the PSG strives to ensure that the most appropriate views and information are developed as a foundation to improve the service standard of the real estate sector.

• Provide a platform for real estate service providers in both Hong Kong and Greater China markets to work together with other two groups in CRECCHK, i.e. the Real Estate Fund Group (“REFG＂)/Developer Group (“DG＂) on common practices, issues and industry development.

• Work with experts from within, and outside the CRECCHK membership to prepare real estate service industry updates for members, as well as to offer training and workshops on specific topics that are related to the real state industry.

• Promote the interest of the real estate development industry as a whole and to represent the CRECCHK in this respect.

Composition:The Professional Service Group (PSG) of CRECCHK is a group of its members who are working or have worked in the real estate service industry/business including property development consultant, valuation, fund management, tax, accounting and legal advisory, agency and other related service.

歲月悠悠，你可能還記得這首 60 年代很流行 Mark Dinning 的老歌 : ' 世界越來越小 '。現在如果我把歌詞稍做改動，可以反映全球房地產行業迅速擴張的市場情況：' 世界越來越小，我們的市場，我們的餅在變大，我們的資金啊，何處尋覓良好的回報啊？….'。回顧 2015 年，全年充滿了辛勤的工作、市場大起大落、加上新的多邊組織和協定，跨境資本更加強勢等等。這些新的變化，讓我們的行業從中獲益匪淺，既有強烈的外來投資，也有更多機會吸引我們投資海外市場。這使得每個市場參與者都必須同時活躍於幾個市場。在歲末的時候，讓我們為這個趨勢舉杯，歡迎新一輪房地產行業全球化浪潮的來臨。

首先感謝的是會員們對我們分會的各項活動以及海外考察的積極參與和支持。現在我們分會的會員數目已經超過 250，我們在 12 個國家有會員。我們今年九月份去韓國仁川的訪問和十月份去德國房地產博覽會參觀，讓我們與韓國和歐洲建立了新的商務連接。同時我們與韓國、德國、荷蘭和法國等國家的海外會員的聯繫也日益密切。作為這個區域最活躍的房地產組織之一，我們今年有幸組織了 ' 中國卓越物業大獎 '，感謝該獎項品牌持有人 Ensign Media 由今年開始，讓我們分會每年定期舉辦此獎項。今年我們還很高興地憑著會員們的專業經驗和資源，推動了一些社會議題的進程。其中通過副主席許智文教授和 ' 研究及公關委員會 ' 的努力，我們成功地推出了 ' 生活素質訴求 ' 的意見調查。我們的市區空間倡議工作小組還和其它相關組織，如加拿大商會等合作支持德輔道中改為行人專區的倡議，並向城市規劃委員會提交了我們的立場意見。期待未來通過我們的繼續努力推動更多商界組織的參與並取得實質性的結果。

我們分會是全國工商聯房地產商會的 28 個地方分會中最國際化的一個。香港已經證明是中國的資金和企業向海外擴展的最佳跑道，而我們分會也力求成為中國房地產行業對外投資最佳的跑道。今年我們的主題是亞洲太平洋，這將會繼續到明年，使我們能夠與全球化的趨勢步調一致，亦同時與國家的 " 一帶一路 " 的國策互相呼應。明年，我們會組織分會代表團去美國、日本和澳大利亞考察，以期進一步加深我們會員與這些市場的關係。

讓我在此感謝分會的顧問委員會主席潘國城博士和顧問委員們，並期待他們明年對我們的工作繼續關注和指導。感謝執行委員會委員們的工作，也感謝周年籌委會主席鄧偉文和籌委們為我們組織了如此盛大的十三周年活動。感謝副主席藍華章推動和組織 ' 中國卓越物業大獎 '，特別感謝大獎評審委員會的委員，他們的評審贏得了業界的信任。最後，需要對兩位分會的員工朱在儀和吳佩華的全情投入和辛勞的工作，值得我們所有會員致敬。

"The world is getting smaller, the population grows, where, oh where can sweethearts go when they want to be alone? … "

If you are old enough, you probably know this song in the 60s - The World is Getting Smaller by Mark Dinning. Let me change its lyric to signify the fast expanding markets our real estate industry across the globe is facing. "The world is getting smaller, our pies and markets grow, where oh where can our capital goes when they want some good return…". Looking back 2015, it is a year of full hard works, vigorous market volatilities, exciting creations of new multilateral institutions and treaties and even strong cross border capital flows. Thanks to these new changes, our industry is greatly benefited that we have stronger demand for overseas investments, more attractive opportunities are coming up in overseas markets and many of us, nowadays, have to be active in several markets at the same time. Towards the end of 2015, let me propose a toast to this big trend and to welcome this wave of globalization of the real estate industry.

Let me first thank our Members for their enthusiastic participation and commitment to our activities, events and overseas visits. Our Chapter has increased our membership number to over 250 with Members in 12 countries. The overseas visits to Incheon Cityscape in September and the visit to Real Expo in October successfully established new relationships in Korea and Europe and at the same time our relationships with Members in Korea, Germany, Netherlands and France have taken to a new level. As one of the most active real estate associations in this region, it is very graceful that we are organizing the China Property Awards from this year onward, thanks to our partner and Brand Owner Ensign Media. It is glad that our Chapter has contributed our expertise and resources in pushing forward some community issues this year. Thanks to our Vice Chairman Prof. Eddie Hui that our Research and Publicity Committee has successfully launched the survey on “Aspirations for Quality of Living” and its Urban Space New Initiatives working group has worked together with several other organizations including the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in supporting the Des Voeux Road Central pedestrianization initiatives by submitting a position paper to the Town Planning Board. We would expect to have some solid results to come out next year with our continuous efforts and participation.

Our Chapter is the most international chapter among the other 27 local chapters of the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce. We will commit to further this international direction. Hong Kong is obviously the best runway for Chinese capitals and enterprises to go overseas while our Chapter is the best runway for Chinese developers and investors to go global. Our theme Asia Pacific this year is to be carried on or even expand further next year to allow us to dance with the real estate globalization trend and to echo our national policy of One-Belt-One-Road. Next year, we will organize delegations to the US, Australia and Japan to further deepen our relationship in these markets and with our Members there.

Let me thank our Advisory Board Chairman Dr. Peter Pun and our Advisors and look forward to their guidance and advices next year. Thanks to the hard works of our Executive Committee Members, especially our Office Bearers who have committed a lot of times and resources in leading our Chapter and making things happened. Thanks to our Organizing Committee Chairman Tony and his Committee members in giving us such a great 13th Anniversary. Thanks to our Vice Chairman John in initiating and organizing the China Property Awards and thousand thanks to the Panel of Judges of the Awards for their valuable judgement and for winning of confidence from the industry. Finally, all the hard works of our Chapter were being handled by our two devoted and lovely staff Corona and Connie who deserve our big applause.

Let us conclude this remarkable 2015 and together we march out a tremendous 2016 ahead. Globalization has made the world not just smaller, but also moving faster! Let's get ready to embrace it and build a better future with our international neighbors and partners!

過去一年，我們舉辦了各項簡介會、講座、交流會及多個考察活動。我們的代表到過歐洲及亞洲多個地方考察及學習。配合國家的發展及香港本地的情况，我們特別就「一帶一路」及「市區重建」作了深入探討。

Thank you for your support. Last year we have celebrated our 12th Anniversary here and I am much delighted to welcome you again to the 13th Anniversary Dinner of CRECCHK tonight. I would also like to thank the delegates from aboard, and our overseas members.

Last 12 months, we have a lot of sharing, lectures, networking sections and visits. Our delegates had visited various places in Europe and Asia to learn about their experience. With the latest developments in Mainland China and Hong Kong, we also hold specific events to learn about insiders' views on “One Belt One Road” and “Urban Renewal”.

In the coming future, the Greater China will be developing vigorously and rapidly and we, jointly with our partner Ensign, are delighted to hold “China Property Award 2015” to give recognition to distinguished developments. I would like to thank and congratulate all the participants and the winners. Upon reviewing the projects, we always find there is something better. We know we have much more to learn, and CRECCHK is a platform to foster exchange.

Under the leadership of our Chairman Mr. Ivan Ko, our membership is ever increasing and I would like to welcome all the new friends tonight. 非常感謝各位今晚蒞臨工商聯房地產商會香港分會十三周年晚宴暨中國卓越物業大獎頒獎典禮的現場，我謹代表香港分會向各位嘉賓致以真摯的問候！

2014 年，工商聯房地產商會香港分會作為贊助機構，積極參與了在香港舉辦的中國卓越物業大獎。為延續去年頒獎典禮的成功，今年香港分會與 Ensign Media 簽署了策略合作協定，參與主辦今年的頒獎盛事，候選專案覆蓋中國大陸、香港及澳門地區的房地產專案。

卓越物業大獎 2005 年創始于泰國，是關注亞洲房地產項目的獎項之一。獎項旨在表彰區內傑出的房地產專案，包括建築設計、建造、室內設計等領域的優異表現。是項大獎以其專業、客觀、公正的評判準則，將中國的房地產業推向世界舞臺。

It's my great honor to give you my greetings and thank you for your attendance at the China Property Award dinner tonight

CRECCHK was a supporting organization of the first China Property Award held in Hong Kong last year. Following its success, CRECCHK signed a strategic partnership agreement with Ensign Media to be the official presenter of the China Property Awards covering Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR .

The China Property Award is one of the Asian Property awards started in Thailand in 2005. The Awards shine a spotlight on the high caliber work within the real estate industry, encompassing construction, architecture and interior design. With a professionally run and fully audited system, it also brings China's real-estate industry to the world stage.

At the CRECCHK annual dinner tonight, a big congratulation goes to the China Property Award winners, and lets all celebrate their outstanding achievements.

我很開心的向大家匯報 2015 年又是成功的一年，對於香港分會國際委員會而言，在其國際化活動和海外會員增長等各方面再次取得標柄的成績。

在 2014 年成功訪問緬甸、馬來西亞和英國的基礎上，我們今年組織了會員代表團參觀了韓國仁川的 Cityscape 展覽和德國慕尼克 Expo Real ( 國際商業地產及投資專業博覽會 ) ( 同時也包括了巴黎、鹿特丹和阿姆斯特丹考察 )。由於最近中英雙邊關系增添了新的動力，香港分會國際委員會也會安排考察團到倫敦作商務訪問。

為了增加會員的商業利益，2016 年香港分會國際委員會計畫訪問美國、日本和澳大利亞等國家，因此我們強烈的鼓勵大家儘早註冊，以獲得最大利益回報 !

Dear Honored Guests, Fellow Members,

I am pleased to report to you that 2015 has been another successful year for the continued internationalization of CRECCHK and growth in overseas members.

Building on the successful trips to Myanmar, Malaysia and the UK in 2014, we have organized delegations to Cityscape Korea in Incheon and Expo Real in German Munich (covering also Paris, Rotterdam and Amsterdam). Due to recent fresh impetus in Sino-UK bilateral relationship, CRECCHK International Committee will also lead a business delegation to London soon.

Following strong member of interest, there are planned to visit the US, Japan and Australia in 2016 hence we strongly encourage every Members to register their interests early!

Amongst others, these trips exemplified CRECCHK's international profile within Greater China and overseas and its role in providing a platform to Members to facilitate cross border investments and networking.

We are particularly grateful to our overseas Members for their kind hospitalities, friendships and local insights into investment opportunities as well as great local fare!

Ensign Media 的物業大獎十年前始創於泰國，由這時開始，我們每年在曼谷、新加坡、吉隆坡、馬尼拉、胡志明市和雅加達成功地舉行這年度盛事，頌揚東南亞最好的房地產。

去年，我們決定第一次對中國、香港和澳門最優秀的房地產作出表揚。很多人問我們為甚麼選擇這時間舉辦這大獎，尤其當這市場增長慢的時候。但是我們相信這時機是完美的。正因我們過去十年的建立，物業大獎對投資者來說代表信賴、透明及信用，這些因素相比起經歷經濟不明朗的時期更為重要。

Ensign Media's Property Awards programme started in Thailand a decade ago and since then we have successfully run annual events in Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur Manila, Ho Chi Minh City and Jakarta that celebrate the best in Southeast Asian real estate.

Last year we made the decision to celebrate the finest real estate in China, Hong Kong and Macau for the first time. Many people asked us why we decided to enter at a time when the market was slowing, but we believe our timing was perfect. As we have established over the last decade, the Property Awards means trust, transparency and credibility for investors and these factors are more important than ever in times of economic uncertainty.

Indeed, it has taken time to refine, improve and adapt our and processes and procedures to be ready for Asia's biggest real estate market. After a highly successful debut in 2014, we are confident that the China Property Awards will be part of our awards programme for many years to come and will work hard with our panels of judges to ensure that the best of the best are recognised and rewarded.

評審過程 Judging Procedures

中國卓越物業大獎是由一個獨立專家團隊評審出來，他們對業內各種類型的房地產所擁有的豐富經驗是無可比擬。評審團主席每三年透過中央評審團民主選舉產生。各主地區評審會協助中央評審團在全國進行考察及監察考察活動。

評審團的宗旨 :- 公正地對卓越的發展項目和設計作確認和肯定- 促進行內各類型的房地產的發展和良好的常規建立- 教育公眾和專業人士有關的開發商、設計師和行業趨勢

評審團判斷參賽項目會基於以下的主要準則。

開發商獎項發展項目獎項信譽形象和社會企業形象設計與設施發展項目的質素地點過去業績物有所值創新空間使用 ﹑ 建築和材料主要成就獨特賣點完工程度銷售佳績

The China Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of experts whose extensive knowledge of various components of the real estate industry is unrivalled. A chairperson is democratically selected by each central panel every three years. The central panels are assisted by regional judging heads who oversee site visit teams throughout the country and liaise directly with the central panels.

The purposes of the judging panels:- To impartially recognise and acknowledge excellence in development and design- To facilitate growth and good practice across all sectors of the real estate industry- To educate the public and professionals about the pertinent developers, designers and trends

The Research and Publicity Committee has commissioned a research by the Sustainable Real Estate Research Center of Hong Kong Shue Yan University on the Aspirations for Quality of Living. As high density urban living environment like Hong Kong is quite rare as compared to any parts of the World, many of the latest research shed light on rural / remote / low density areas' living quality, the research on aspirations for quality of living aims to compare and contrast the perceptions of urban living quality among different walks of lives. In general, urban areas refer to any areas that are not used for agriculture use. It is to study the general public's perception. The research results shall of practical values which provide important insights and angles into the values and aspirations on living quality so as to help the government in formulating relevant policies or even development direction for the future of Hong Kong. Also, it is to help the public in knowing what are commonly shared and desired by Hong Kong residents when it comes to quality of living.

公共空間倡議工作組 Urban Space New Initiatives Working Group

背景 Background :全國工商聯房地產商會香港分會（以下簡稱本分會）研究及公關部附屬的公共空間倡議工作組（以下簡稱本小組）於二零

一五年六月三十日正式成立。主席強調本分會有社會責任提升商界及廣大市民﹑遊客在香港的生活質量，促使社會大眾均

能享受更好的環境，因而倡議創立本小組。

The Urban Space New Initiatives (USNI) Working Group, under the Research and Publicity Committee of the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong Chapter (CRECCHK) was established on 30 June 2015. USNI was established following the recent initiatives of our Chairman emphasising that CRECCHK has a social responsibility to promote the improvement of the living quality in Hong Kong for the business community and the general public (visitors/tourists) with the view that all those who work and live in Hong Kong can enjoy a better environment.

• 提供富動感魅力且設備完善的公共空間，使香港的空間分配取得平衡。

fairs, street performances, and• Provide an attractive, well-functioned and active public space that lead to a more balanced approach of place-making

practice in Hong Kong.

Since it launched in June 2015, USNI has been actively meeting with external parties including NGOs, Foreign Chambers, and Consulate, Local professional institutions to promote the USNI mission and provide experience sharing on the quality of living in other world cities, in particular:

• 本會主席出席德輔道中行人專用區倡議（德輔道中聯盟）的新聞發布會，小組成亦於二零一五年九月參與專題討論，本

會其後支持聯盟的規劃申請；

• 與加拿大西部馬術協會會晤；

會員

本會設有個人會員和公司會員，此兩類會員均有投票權。另外還有境外個人會員、境外公司會員和組織會員。此三類會員均不享有投票權。所有會員類別均接受申請。個人和公司會員資格及要求如下﹕

公司會員﹕ 公司會必須在香港注冊，或以香港作為其主要業務地點的商業組織，並包括﹕

• 在內地從事房地產業投資的商業單位；

• 在內地參與房地產業項目的商業單位元；

• 對在內地投資房地產業或對在內地提供有關房地產服務有強烈興趣的商業單位；或

• 執行委員會不時決定的商業單位。

個人會員：

本會會籍應包括直接參與房地產業的有地位人士，個人會員必須為香港永久居民或慣常居於香港的人士，並包括﹕

• 創會會員；

• 屬於任何有關協會的會員並積極參與對房地產業項目有強烈興趣的專業人士；

• 從事有關內地房地產業研究或研習的學術人士；

• 直接參與內地房地產業項目的執業者；或

• 執行委員會不時決定的人士。

會籍申請表請將下列表格填妥及連同相關費用以支票支付（抬頭人：全國工商聯房地產商會香港分會有限公司），寄回本會辦事處（地址：香港中環輔道中 54-58 號軟庫中心 9 樓 904 室）。本會在收到申請表後三十天內審議資格並函告申請者結果。如果申請沒有批准，支票將會退回。

• 公司會籍 : 每年會籍費港幣一萬二千元正（一間公司有 3 位代表）

• 個人會籍 : 每年會籍費港幣二千元正境外公司會籍 : 每年會籍費港幣六千元正（沒有投票權）

• 境外個人會籍 : 每年會籍費港幣一千元正（沒有投票權）

• 組織會員會籍 : 每年會籍費港幣一萬八千元（沒有投票權 )

Join Us

MembershipThere are two types of voting members namely Individual Member and Corporate Member, each of these members has one vote. There are three other types of non-voting Members, namely: Offshore Individual Member, Offshore Corporate Member and Association Member. All categories are opened to application. The following are the requirements of the two membership categories with voting right:

Corporate Member: Members which are commercial entities shall be business organizations registered in Hong Kong or have their principal place of business in Hong Kong and shall consist of:

• Commercial entities investing in the real estate industry in the Mainland;

• Commercial entities participating in real estate projects in the Mainland;

• Commercial entities having strong interest to invest in the real estate industry in the Mainland or to provide services related to the real estate industry in the Mainland; and

• such other commercial entities as the Executive Committee may decide from time to time.

Individual Member:Individual Members are persons of high standing directly involved in the real estate industry and are permanent residents of Hong Kong or persons habitually residing in Hong Kong and shall consist of:

• Founding Members;

• Professionals who are members of any related institution and actively involved or strongly interested in the real estate industry in the Mainland;

• Academics engaging in research or studies on the real estate industry in the Mainland;

• Practitioners who are directly involved in real estate projects in the Mainland; and

• Such other persons as the Executive Committee may decide from time to time.

Membership Application Form If you are interested in becoming a member of CRECCHK and meet any of the requirements stated above, simply fill in the Membership Application Form below and send it to the Membership Committee of CRECCHK at Room 904, SBI Centre, 54-58 Des VOeux Road, Central, Hong Kong with a crossed cheque for the appropriate amount of membership fee made payable to “China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong Chapter Limited＂. The Membership Committee with process your application and inform you of the result within 30 days. In case your application is not successful, the aforesaid cheque will be returned.

• Corporate Membership Fee : HK$ 12,000 per year (3 Company Representatives per Corporate Membership）

• Individual Membership Fee : HK$ 2,000 per year

• Offshore Corporate Membership Fee : HK$ 6,000 per year ( no voting right )

• Offshore Individual Membership Fee HK$ 1,000 per year（no voting right）

• Association Membership Fee : HK$ 18,000 per year（no voting right）
