SCADA/HMI Programming

To provide strategic information to decision makers in a real time environment Creative Engineers has p g gincorporated SCADA packages in their solutions for many clients. From a central reading location a SCADA system can track a number of remote sites equipped with Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). The RTUs can measure an array of conditions and a wider variety of parameters, including temperature, current, voltage flow, and tank levels Real time measurements are obtained from the RTU's via the different sensors they have inside levels. Real-time measurements are obtained from the RTU s via the different sensors they have inside. The following types of sensors can be included in RTUs:

-Temperature -Flow -Level -Pressure -Proximity

The data acquired is then sent back via the communication link Some of the larger systems can monitor The data acquired is then sent back via the communication link. -IN CASE OF AN ALARM SMS WILL BE SENT TO ASSIGNED MOBILES.

ABOUT INSTRUMENTATIONSPUMP ON/OFF –The system shall switch the pump / pumpsON/OFF depending upon the level of water in the OHTs / as perpreset timings / as a combination of both.

AUTOMATIC FAILURE SWITCH OFF - The system shall haveautomatic pressure switch based failure change over ensuringthat in case a particular pump fails it shall switch OFF.

MOTOR ACTUATED BUTTERFLY VALVES AT DELIVERY OFPUMPS AND DISTRIBUTION SIDE (DIRECT AS WELL ASFROM THE OHTs)-FROM THE OHTs)After switching ON the pump it is advisable to develop sufficientpressure before opening the delivery valve to ensure that thepump does not draw excess current in an attempt to developeq isite p ess erequisite pressure.
