We are proud to be able to offer more of a consultation process to how we work, guiding and advising the client on the best products and systems for the project and the budget. We are happy to do site visits with clients and offer a full sampling service. Once finalised we can then manufacture the materials and deliver to site ready for installation and will give on-going technical support where needed. SPIRAL MESH


Spiral Mesh and the Alpine range is a simple yet cost effective mesh, it is constructed from alternating left and right hand spiral coils. The coils are held in place by interconnecting crimp rods which run through the width of the mesh panel. The edges of the mesh are welded to provide additional strength.

Spiral meshes are perfect for cladding façades due to its continuous manufacturing process enabling large panels to be fabricated in one piece. Tensioning is also achieved using flat bars and eye bolts inserted into the top and bottom of the panels.

ORCHARDSON STREET LONDON, NW8Amron worked directly with the designers to develop a unique stair core clad entirely in metal mesh. We used Alpine metal mesh to enable a full height balustrade enclosure system to be installed for both functionality and visual effect.

FREDERICK DOUGLASS CENTRENEWCASTLE HELIXThe Frederick Douglass Centre of Newcastle University has undergone a £34 million development. Inspired by Newcastle-born mathematician Louis Fry Richardson the building features our expanded mesh Zircon 122L and was used in different orientations to create this stunning visual effect.

PRIVATE APARTMENTS, LONDONPlanning restrictions called for bespoke external screens to ensure privacy to this modernised residential block. We used 3mm thick brass which in its current state was a bright gold but this will naturally weather to a warm bronze in time.

PHOTOBOX HEAD OFFICE, HERBAL HOUSE, LONDON, EC1Working directly with the architects and contractors we provided balustrades for this large-scale head office fit out. The coloured balustrades and space dividers were an integral part of the design, adding bold colour and a highly individual style. The nature of the material meant the office could be divided in an informal way for meetings but still retain the open plan feel.

ARMANI/CASA STORE MILANThis beautiful staircase was designed using 8+8 laminated glass with Ingalezi AW 50 and laminated with EVA interlayer. Using a specific custom-made colour it makes a stunning focal point in the Armani/Casa flagship store in Milan. A palazzo for Armani’s home decoration and furniture label, the store covers over 1,500 m2 on four floors, with 16 inspiring shop windows.

MESH FOR GLASS



By laminating our very fine metal mesh fabrics in glass means that we can incorporate these delicate materials in areas they would never have been used before. Once in the glass, the mesh will not oxidise or change colour in any way and is very easy to clean. All this means we can now use fine metal fabrics in façades internally and externally and it immediately lends itself to bespoke furniture - always giving a level of elegance that many other products cannot.

Decorative Plating

Decorative plating is an electro-deposition process using either brass, copper, nickel or chrome which allows for a thin layer of the base metal to be deposited on the mesh with an antique oxide layer deposited over the top. The antique layer is manually rubbed down to emphasize the high point of the mesh with the bright base layer below. The mesh is then lacquered to help preserve the finish, and creates a depth and lustre that very few other finishes can achieve.
