2. Travel Arrangements and Travel Products: Booking oftravel arrangements and payment for Travel Products shallbe considered proof that your travel agent on your behalf oryou (if booking directly) have read our booking conditions,that you accept them without reservation as constituting theentire agreement between you and the Company which canonly be varied by an officer of the Company in writing. AllTravel Products arranged by the Company are provided bySuppliers believed by the Company to be reputable and tooperate in accordance with the standards set down by theirown local authorities. Those Travel Products are providedsubject to those Suppliers terms, conditions and limitations(some of which may exclude or limit liability in respect ofdeath, injury, delay, loss or damage to passengers person

for them and does not make or give any warranty orrepresentation as to their standard. Any legal recourse youmay have in respect of those Travel Products is againstthose Suppliers and not against the Company. The Companyrecommends that all passengers take out adequate travelinsurance cover valid for the entire duration of their travelarrangements.

3. Changes in Price and Itineraries: Prices are in Australiandollars (except where stated otherwise) are correct atthe time of printing and are subject to change withoutnotice. The price that is applicable at any time is thatwhich is quoted at that time by the Companys computerbased system. Government taxes and charges imposed bySuppliers or third parties, including airline fuel surcharges,taxes or ticketing fees are subject to change. If any increasein such taxes or charges or any currency fluctuationincreases the price of your booking, the Company reservesthe right to adjust your price by including additional charges,together with any applicable service fee and GST, at anytime prior to our issuing your travel documentation followingreceipt of the balance of your price. We will notify you ofschedule or price changes made by our Suppliers for anyreason beyond our control. If the change or changes resultin your travel arrangements costing more, or otherwisebeing materially different from those prior to the change orchanges being effected (and in respect of which we havealready accepted your deposit or balance of payment) youmay rearrange them or withdraw and monies already paidwill be refunded less any charges levied by Suppliers. Anyquote given is an estimate only of price and is subject towritten confirmation, which will contain a unique CreativeTours booking number, when accepted by a passengerwithin 7 days of the quote being given. The Companyreserves the right to correct any errors in amounts quoted,calculated or billed in respect of a booking, even if fullpayment has been made.

4. Deposit and Payment: A travel agent making any bookingis not the Companys agent for the purpose of receipt of thedeposit, additional deposit or the balance of the price.

International bookings (for travel from Australia). A depositof $165 per person is payable within 7 days of confirmationof your reservation.

Domestic bookings (for travel within Australia). A deposit of$55 per person is payable within 7 days of confirmation ofyour reservation.

You will be notified at the time of your reservation if anyadditional deposit (including supplier advance payment)requirements apply. If payment of the deposit or anysupplier advance payment or additional deposit has notbeen received by the Company within the time specified, thebooking is subject to cancellation without notice.

Payment of the balance of the price of your holidayarrangements is due to the Company no later than 35 daysprior to departure. If for any reason we have not receivedpayment by the due date, we reserve the right to treatthe booking as cancelled and to apply the appropriatecancellation charges.

5. Late Bookings: Bookings made within 35 days ofdeparture will only be accepted if payment of the price in fullis received by the Company at the time of reservation and,if made within 7 days of departure, is by credit card or othermeans approved by the Company that secures paymentof any cancellation fees if the booking is subsequentlycancelled.

6. Cancellation or Alterations of your travel arrangements:Cancellation prior to final payment - there will be no refundof your deposit or of any supplier advance payment oradditional deposit, where applicable.

Cancellation after final payment - there will be no refund ofyour deposit and there may be cancellation fees charged

or part of the payment, which will delay the payment ofany refund due. For this reason, the Company stronglyrecommends that your travel insurance policy include coverfor cancellation charges in the event of cancellation becauseof illness or other circumstances.

Alteration of a booking after issue of booking documents(including electronic issue) - in addition to any charges levied

7. Refunds: No refund is available for cancellations afteryour travel has commenced or in respect of any tours,accommodation, meals or any other services not utilizedwhether by choice, or because of late arrival or earlydeparture, including failure of any transport to operateaccording to schedule. Please note that employees of anysupplier are not authorized by the Company to make anyundertakings in respect of refunds or other matters.

8. Whats Not Included in the Price: Airfares (unlessotherwise stated) and anything not specifically included inthe travel arrangements such as excess baggage, airporttaxes, passport and visa fees, insurance, laundry, phonecalls, beverages, meals not detailed in the itinerary, tips totour directors, motor coach drivers and local guides and allother items of a personal nature including expenses, fees orcosts incurred in case of illness.

9. Insurance: The Company recommends travel insuranceagainst loss of deposit and cancellation charges, baggageloss, theft, accident, injury and medical expenses. Youmust arrange your own insurance. The Company makesno representations or guarantees concerning risks coveredor reimbursement available under any insurance and youmust satisfy yourself in that regard. You agree not to holdthe Company responsible for any decision made by insurers,

country or governmental authority or overseas laws andpolicies.

10. Passports, Visa, Vaccinations and Baggage: A visadoes not guarantee you entry to or permission to remain

in a country. Some countries may refuse entry becauseof your state of health or for other reasons, or may detain,expel or repatriate you. It is your responsibility to find outabout applicable visa entry, health and other requirementsof overseas countries to which you intend to travel and youshould make the appropriate disclosures as required. Thesethings are not our responsibility. A failure to disclose ahealth condition may result in the applicable country refusingyou entry, or in you being detained, expelled or repatriatedfrom it. The Company accepts no responsibility and is notliable for any expenses, costs liabilities or loss incurred inrelation to such matters or for your failure to comply with
