the things that make me

or restricted by the realities of today

Begin every sentence with “I’. It

immediately brings the focus on me

Make a positive

affirmative

statement. E.g. if my

need is to be

disciplined about

money in the future, I

wrote down “ I spend

carefully and save for

the future”, “ I do not

idly buy stuff”

Ensured that every sentence has a

“Verb”. A Verb is my action word.

A sentence that has no verb, will

have no action. Without action a

dream will remain just that…

I follow regular habits

I walk for 2 hours daily – rain or shine

I spend carefully and save for the future

I am a minimalist

I keep my stuff organized

My place is clean and free of clutter

I listen to my music

I pray daily….
