• Used for CMS IPPS– Run and print 7 days before submission deadline
• Only in-plan, inpatient COLO and
HYST procedures in adult patients
• Only deep incisional primary and
organ/space SSIs with an event date
within 30 days of the procedure

data to be submitted to CMS for Q2
• Confirm monthly reporting plans include
inpatient COLO and HYST procedures
for SSI
