Custom dashboards allow you to view data in a way that is most useful to you. HealtheCNY has many ways to customize dashboards to meet your needs.

A convenient reference tool that lists the locations available for each indicator (e.g. county, zip code, Census tract).
Group by LocationA dashboard that is best for looking at multiple indicators for a small number of locations.

Tip: Indicator/Location Summary Dashboards are best to use when you are first exploring a topic and want to see which data are available.
Tip: Group by Location dashboards are great for comparing indicators to see how a community is doing on a range of issues

How to Create Custom Dashboards
Step 1 - Go to the Dashboards Page
Select indicatorsFilter indicators
Additional Search Options
Filter by Location, Comparison, Subgroup,
or Data Source
Tip: Use arrows for fastfiltering options
Tip: Clear filters to start over
• Use the select indicators box if you want to handpick the indicators you want to use or• Click the filter indicators box to narrow down the indicators by topic
Step 3 - Select Indicators
Further customize your dashboard by selecting filters and additional search options
Step 4 - Add Customizations
