This is the season when it seems completely natural to contemplate the year gone by, the one to come and to count our blessings.

Well this January 2012 it will be our 10 year anniversary since I took over Rosebank Dental. The changes that have happened, to the practice, the team and me have been profound and an amazing experience. The practice and I have achieved a lot in these years and at times Rosebank has been my 4th child. It has been a labour of love!

As I look back, I feel pride and satisfaction that we have come so far.

The long journey has been very hard, yet exhilarating, it has been daunting yet exciting but all the time it has been with one single vision in mind - to be able to ‘do the best’, ‘to be the best’ and ‘to achieve the best’ for our valued patients, for my dedicated team and for all those who we work with.

All the pain staking hard work has been rewarded by some of the achievements we have made at Rosebank. I am grateful and blessed to have achieved many of my career ambitions. Some of the achievements are listed on the next page.

However, I cannot take the credit for these achievements alone, and want to thank my esteemed and loyal team – ‘the sum of many is bigger than the sum of one!’ Thank you for all your support and hard work over the years.

We at Rosebank wanted to also say a very big thank you to you, the many people who have provided the wind beneath our wings in these past ten years. This gratitude goes to our many wonderful patients, (quite a few who travel from far to see us), business partners and suppliers. Our growth has been very inspiring and now we mean to stay ahead of the curve at all times. We promise to recharge ourselves and to educate ourselves continually, as our wonderful practice is changing every day. Thank you one and all.

As I list the achievements we have made at Rosebank, I realise that although my vision has been ‘to be the best, we can be’, my mission has been to; “Creating Beautiful Smiles”. I naively chose the Rosebank logo way back before I even actively realised that it would be my journey to achieve that objective.

So I shall continue to endure my commitment to my patients by enhancing my skill! I shall continually pursue learning to deliver the highest quality dental care we can. In the words of Pablo Picasso “the more technique you have, the less you have to worry about it”. I hope this pledge will continue to reward us at Rosebank and we look forward to many more milestones in the future.
