DESIGN AND ENGINEERING

PROTO / LAB

Step 1:COMEP manufacture yourprototype mould (Sidel, Krones,SIG, SMI, SIPA, ADS…).

Step 2: COMEP blows samples with aSBO 1 machine type.

Step 3:COMEP makes tests onsamples (Topload Full andEmpty, Thickness,Section weights and maindimensions controls).

Step 4:COMEP conditions the bottlesand sends them.All these operations arerealizable under 2 to 3 weeks.

Average lead-time is about

2 or 3 weeks.

Since 2007, in order to completeour blowmolding expertise, ourengineering department designs allthe spare parts linked to the bottleand the preforms (specific spindlesfor short neck).
