Steps to Create Business Card in Microsoft Outlook

Step 1: Open MS Outlook and click to the Contacts tab >> New

Step 2: After clicking on New button , this type of screen appears, fill all required information regarding your company details And click on Save & Close button.

Step 1: Click on the Mail tab >> Open Compose mail into the File menu option >> New>> Mail message

When you receive a mail with business card into a signature then – Right click on card image >> click on Add to contacts option. With this, contacts are open into the contact tab and you can view it complete info of Email sender.

Note: If you want to remove border from business card in Outlook then, click on picture tool select business card click on recolor tab >> black and white
