ABOUT US
The Cranston Residents’ Association (CRA) was created to ensure that the features and facilities of
Cranston are maintained and managed for the long-term use and enjoyment of residents. The CRA sets
a desired course for the use of common facilities, such as the Century Hall, and helps ensure their
financial sustainability over time.
Membership in the CRA is automatic and mandatory with the purchase of a home in Cranston.
The payment of dues is reviewed and established annually, and is secured by a Rent Encumbrance
(subject to upward adjustment for Inflation) registered on the title to each member’s lot. The CRA
is administered by a Board of Directors made up of Carma and resident representatives.
