PROCUREMENT STRATEGY

Procurement Strategy

We have forged long term agreements with core carriers on the basis of capability, performance, reliability and alignment of our business goals.

Within those relationships we have dedicated space, blocked space agreements long term rate commitments and a carrier review process that keeps us informed of challenges and opportunities within the carrier base and facilitates continuous improvement.

Additionally; we tender an amount of freight on the “spot market” to ensure we stay close to market.

We are continually reviewing our core carrier’s as well as reviewing additional carriers for inclusion.
