Collect the required personal information and documents.
● Full name● Date of birth● Valid driver’s license● Social security number● Full address including zip
code● Proof of insurance● Valid bank account● Photograph
Verify identity by comparing data from SSN Trace and MVR Check.
● Full name● SSN● Known aliases● Known addresses● Period of residence● Date of birth● Death Master File

to any new driving offenses

In the past 3 years:● No more than 3 points ● No driving on a suspended,
revoked or invalid license violation● No more than 3 minor violations,
such as:■ Moving violations■ Speeding tickets■ Non-fatal accidents
In the past 7 years, no major violations, such as:

and local criminal databases, such as PACER, Interpol, and FBI/Terror Watchlists
DOJ National Sex Offender Public Website
Find criminal records:
a) List geographic locations correlated to prospective driver-partner from Discovery stage
b) Search for the prospective driver-partner’s criminal history within each pertinent local courthouse’s records
c) Compile a list of offenses for prospective driver-partner
Adjudicate for disqualifying offenses, including:
Any Violent Felonies, such as:● Murder● Sexual assault● Kidnapping
Other offenses within a 7-year lookback, such as:
● Assault ● Battery● Domestic violence
