+pecically, any CPNI complaint or query call which comes in to ourcall center is directed to a designated individual who, *y following esta*lishedprocedures, will follow a step-*y-step process for preserving the customersrights while verifying the nature and validity of the complaint or concern. /hedesignated individual will keep the companys senior management informedthroughout the complaint0concern resolution process.
