Contributors' vision

According to Mahesh sir there is not a short term vision.Long term vision: according to Mahesh sir , the long term vision is that to give knowledge to the students which can useful for them in their life. And they never get disappointed.

Experience with juniorsAccording to Mahesh sir we

should listen to the juniors, because juniors are coming with the new ideas, that idea can have very bright future.

If they become failure we should support him in right way.

Experience with seniors

We should respect our seniors. In many way they are right , if we want impress them we can only convince him by the quality work and genuine work.

Role in society The knowledge which is given to the student is not only syllabus but also the knowledge which deliver is useful for the students in their practical life & helpful to them as a competent person in the society.

Advice to the engineersThe meaning of engineer is like

to “ invent new things, and make human life better and easy.”

Fear of failureIn 2000-01 Mahesh sir has requested to

Gujarat education board to replace journal by “ practical book “ . in starting GOV. denied. In 2000-01 all the students of B.M. COMMERCE HIGH SCHOOL has made “practical book” . and this whole work done under Mahesh sir. In year 2003-04 a great decision taken by GUJRAT EDUCATIONAL BOARD to invent “practical BOOK” in place of journal. Even today “ PRACTICAL BOOK” is used across Gujarat.

Conclusion

According to me ,he has the ability to become someone’s idol .

So MR. Maheshbhai is my idol of my learning life .

So he is a contributor.
