Today the group announced the appointments of Thomas Kienzi (arrived in august 2015) as Investor Relations and Mergers & Acquisitions Manager and Erwan Le Meur as Legal Director. THOMAS KIENZI, aged 35, was Executive Director at American bank Morgan Stanley which he joined in 2008 after having worked wih Crédit Agricole CIB and Deutsche Bank in both Paris and London. Educated at EDHEC, he has spent over 12 years in investment banking, advising French and international businesses on merger and acquisition operations, stock market entries, capital increases and financing. ERWAN LE MEUR, worked for over 6 years with Amazon.com as senior business jurist director, in Paris and then Seattle. He gained a fine-tuned knowledge of distribution and e-commerce sectors. Erwan has also worked for 8 years in the corporate departments of law firms Latham & Watkins then Debevoise & Plimpton in Paris and New York. Admitted to the bar in both Paris and New York, Erwan is the holder of a DESS in business law, an LLM from Columbia and an MBA from the Sorbonne.
