Face-coverings can reduce COVID-19 transmission risk, study says

A University of Edinburgh study found that wearing a face mask or other covering over the mouth and nose reduces the forward distance travelled by an exhaled breath and its droplets by more than 90%.Including: home-made face-coverings; masks with an outlet valve; respirator masks; face-shields.
