Dear Dr. Hills:

This refers to the letter dated November 9, 2004, signed by William Roeser, CEO of lonia County Memorial Hospital and Mark Brett, Senior V.P. of Sparrow Health System. The letter was to notify NRC of a change of control from lonia County Memorial Hospital to Sparrow Health System. The letter explains that there are to be no changes in licensed activities and that Sparrow Health System will abide by all constraints, conditions, requirements and commitments of lonia Memorial Hospital under its current NRC license. Therefore, NRC approves the change of control of license activities To Sparrow Health System and the amendment will be voided since there are no changes to be made to the NRC license.

Letter dated November 9, 2010, will be place in your NRC file in the public document room for future reference.
