I have previously completed internship in company restructuring at Emtech Foundation, New Delhi. In thisI was involved in companys operational restructuring and analyzed its financial viability using AltmanRevised Model . Through this experience working directly with clients and analyzing financial statements Ihave developed leadership and analytical skills and honed my knowledge of corporate restructuring andvaluation methodologies like Comparable public company analysis, Precedent Transaction analysisand Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis. I also had developed marketing & advertising campaign topromote new seasoned training programs for the company which led to increased revenue by approx 6 %.

Given my leadership and analytical skills, and appearing for CFA Level I candidate while maintaining an8.96/10 average (Top 1% in class) in my field.
