Wir über uns

on Anfang an hat sich GK Marine auf den

Schiffbau spezialisiert. So konnten sämt-

liche Produkte auf die besonderen Anforde-

rungen, welche die oft schwierigen In-

stallationsbedingungen an Bord mit sich

bringen, optimiert werden. Schnelle, zielge-

richtete und praxisgerechte Entwicklungen

tragen dazu bei, dass das GK-Packsystem

den ständig steigenden Anforderungen der

Zeit gerecht wird und immer dem aktuellen

Stand der Technik entspricht, was häufig

nicht mit Standardmaterial „von der Stange“

zu erreichen ist.

Feuer und Wassereinbrüche. Die Abdichtung von

Decks und Schotten ist eine Maßnahme, um dieser

Bedrohung zu begegnen.

Dieser Herausforderung stellen wir uns! Das GK-

Packsystem ermöglicht die feuerfeste, wasser- und

gasdichte Durchführung von Kabeln und Rohren

und leistet damit einen elementaren Beitrag zur

Sicherheit des gesamten Schiffes.

Unser System unterliegt präzisen internationalen

Regeln, welche durch die SOLAS und die IMO

vorgegeben werden – zum Schutz der Schifffahrt

und der Weltmeere.

Safety

n modern shipping, the most important rule is

“safety first”. The main threats include fire and the

entry of water. Achieving tightness of decks and

bulkheads is one way of counteracting this threat.

We meet this challenge! The GK-Packing System

ensures fireproof, watertight and gastight pe-

netration by cables and pipes, and thus makes a

basic contribution towards the safety of the ship as

a whole.

Our system is subject to precise international

regulations imposed by the SOLAS Convention and

by the IMO - for the protection of shipping and the

oceans.

Neben der Feuerbeständigkeit ist das GK-

Packsystem druckfest bis 0,3 bar gegen Gas

und bis 4 bar gegen Wasser, in Einzelfällen

sind auch höhere Druckfestigkeiten nach-

weisbar. Neben den IMO Zulassungen liegen

auch Nachweise wie z.B. Schock- und Rüttel-

festigkeit vor.

Selbstverständlich ist das Qualitätsmanage-

mentsystem des Unternehmens gem. ISO

9001 zertifiziert.

D he GK-Packing System has been com-

pletely tested in accordance with the latest

IMO Resolution 754(18) and is fully ap-

proved by all of the relevant classification

societies. The approvals cover the in-

stallations in areas corresponding to fire

classes A and H. Furthermore, the MED

standards are fulfilled.

Our tests are carried out only by neutral and

accredited fire-testing companies.

As well as fire resistance, the GK-Packing

System is pressure-resistant to gas up to 0.3

bar and to water up to 4 bar.

In addition to the IMO approvals, verification

has also been performed for resistance to

shock and vibration, for example.

Because we are constantly acquiring new

certificates, please contact us if necessary.

Naturally, our company’s quality manage-

ment procedures are certified in accordance

with ISO 9001.

Eines der wichtigsten GK Bauteile ist die

Keilabdichtung KAD. Mit dieser Spann-

vorrichtung wird das Modulsystem sicher

abgedichtet. Der große Expansionsweg von

23 mm ermöglicht eine einfache und zeit-

sparende Montage von Kabeln, Rohren und

Rohrbündeln.

Für eine einfache Montage ist ein langer

Expansionsweg wichtig, weil damit alle

Spalten ohne zusätzliche Zwischenplatten

in einem Arbeitsgang geschlossen werden

können.

Gegensatz zum Typ SPK ist der SPR Rahmen nur

für die Brandklasse A zugelassen und nur in Kam-

merbreiten von D=60 und D=120 mm erhältlich.

Abstufungen an. Ab 56 mm beträgt die Abstufung

trolle der Maße und Toleranzen hergestellt.

Damit auch nach dem Einbau in Schott oder

Deck die Qualität gewährleistet bleibt, emp-
