He is the “CEO” of Frontiers Energy, and have the helicopter view of the

organization; is responsible for direction and strategic business

development. Mr. Oladapo has more than

15 years’ experience both in the Oil and

Gas, Marines, ICT, Manufacturing,

Engineering, and Energy sectors.

He has worked as a Principal Proposals

Specialist and Asst. Business Development

Manager for Uniglobe Industrial Services Ltd, a distinct oil and gas

service company; where he garnered the experience that led to creation of

Frontiers Energy and Industrial Services Ltd. He has also held several

key roles including working in ChamsCity, Chams Plc, Flour Mills Plc, Coca

Cola, Lagos State University, etc. where he handled different portfolios.

He graduated from Yaba College of Technology, with HND in Electrical and

Electronic Engineering, with relevant HSE and IT trainings in various fields.

He is responsible for Finance, Administration, and compliance to industrial

ethics. With his vast knowledge of corporate management, he is able to act

in the advisory role, thereby positioning the organization for effectiveness

and efficiency. He also manages the quality of information flow between

management and clients, as well as ensuring top decision making.

He was formerly the Financial Controller of Uniglobe Group and has working

experience as a top management executive cutting across Manufacturing,

Banking, Oil and Gas Industry. He is an accounting graduate, a Fellow of

the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate member

of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.


Temitope Abisoye is a multi-dimensional Trainer and Development

Practitioner with a heart for knowledge sharing and service. He serves on

the Directorship Board of Frontiers Energy and Industrial Services Limited,

whilst speaking and creating scalable impacts in the field of Youth and

Leadership Development. He has specialized experience in Leadership and

Development Practice through coaching, mentorship and consulting.

His education spans HND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the

Polytechnic Ibadan, a BSc in Business and Management with

Communications Studies and MSc in Management in a Service Economy

both from the University of Buckingham, England. He is a member of the

Nigerian Institute of Management and Junior Chambers International- a

global community of world changers and doers. He is a recipient of several

national and International awards.

He is responsible for Engineering design, fabrications and vessels

management. Christopher retired from Nigerian Navy as a Marine Engineer

after 32 years of meritorious service. He worked in Uniglobe Industrial

Services as Port Engineer for six years. His hard work and wealth of

experience while in the Navy earned him three National Awards in 1999,

2000 and 2008 for the roles he played in the Ecomog operations.

In 2007, he helped the Ministry of Defense save millions of naira after he

repaired some engines and generators that had become albatross.

He keeps upgrading himself in his quest for knowledge by attending various

engineering courses in Singapore, Ireland, Malaysia and Nigeria.

He holds post graduate diploma (PGD) in Maritime safety and protection

management and HND in Marine Engineering. He is married with children.
