WELCOME TO

• First Day : Orientation starts promptly at 8:00 am, Classroom 4 Parkwest Hospital , unless otherwise specified; plan to arrive a few minutes earlier for verification of I-9.

• A parking map and/or parking information is included if needed for your facility.

• Plan to wear business casual clothing during orientation/training. Review the Appearance Policy. No blue jeans, t-shirts, flip-flops or other prohibited articles.

• Department scrubs or uniforms are acceptable. Your manager will provide information about any dress code for your area.

• Print your I-9 and bring supporting documentation to orientation; such as a passport or your driver’s license AND either your social security card or your birth certificate .

• Bring other documents to orientation such as your most recently awarded college of high school diploma ( or GED if applicable , BLS(CPR) Card, Professional license and certifications if applicable or required for your job.

• You will receive your badge at HR orientation.

• Contact your manager about your orientation schedule.
