The Toolkit is designed to fill that gap for the most highly used features. MEGA MENUThe mega menu is a hierarchical list of menus and links that serves as the primary navigation for your intranet. It features an intuitive and dynamic drag and drop menu creation and configuration and includes a built in set of 605 icons for use in the top level navigation.

EMPLOYEE LOOKUPLooking up a co-workers information is one of the most common use cases for corporate intranets. We provide an employee scoped and clearly labeled type-ahead (like Google or Bing) search that enables users to quickly and easily find the person they are looking for.

KEY LINKS / MY LINKSConfigurable list of links easily managed through an intuitive and dynamic interface. Key Links is editable by administrators, while My Links is end user configurable.

NEW EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHTHighlights new employees with their job title, profile picture and a link to their profile.

NEWS/EVENTS ROLLUPRollups are a common feature on many corporate intranets and public websites. The news rollup links to the latest news generated in the news list, the events list shows upcoming events in the events calendar.

I NEED TO...This dropdown is a great place to put common “self-serve” action items that do not pertain to any specific employee or subset of employees. Common examples include: “Fill out an expense report”, “Access my 401k”, “Submit a Leave Request”, etc.

ROTATORThe rotator is a common feature on many corporate intranets and public facing sites. The rotator feeds from a manually managed list and can link to anything.

MY WEATHER / MY STOCKSThese two are easily configured by the end user to display current weather and stock market information.

RECENT DOCUMENTSRecent documents displays a list of all documents that are new or recently edited on the SharePoint site. It can be configured to show either all recently edited/new documents or only recently edited/new by the user.
