We have 8 residents, who are at highrisk for falling, participating. Sensara is aDutch company that has beendeveloping technology to improve thequality of life for older adults for thepast 15 years.

Remember When:Porch-Sitting Season

Before air conditioning wasa common feature in most Americanhomes, many folks took to front porchesto find cool relief. There, they gatheredto catch a breeze in the open air, sip acool beverage and chat about theirday. Porches served as social hubs, andneighbors and friends were often invitedto pull up a chair and “sit a spell.”
