Fine Arts Make and TakePresented by Sandra Askham, a grade 3 teacher at Fairview Community School, the art workshop had participants bring one art idea they had in their repertoire to share with the rest of the group.
In addition to their art idea, participants were also required to bring enough materials to make their art activity, allowing the other participants in the session to make it, take it, and leave with several new art ideas.
The following slides are a collection of the art activities shared during the all day session....

Special Thanks...
Some of the most powerful professional development comes from our peers, colleagues and our students.
Thank you to all participants for their ideas, those students who created the art samples to be shared and Sandra Askham for her ninth year presenting the workshop!
