Brian’s Story | Chapel House

- Brian struggled to pay child support and rent when his family separated.

- Depressed and isolated, he turned to drugs and alcohol.

- Brian spent 8 years in and out of homelessness before he realized he needed to change.

- Chapel House provided guidance and encouragement to help Brian secure housing, a job, and to help him build trust-based relationships and life skills.

Cassie’s Story | Camp Caspar Gregory

- Cassie is an elementary school student who struggles with ADHD and emotional issues.

- Camp Caspar Gregory’s Camp Director worked directly with Cassie to her overcome emotional outbreaks and develop calming strategies.

- Her progress over the week allowed her to participate in an abbreviated “Camping Under the Stars” event.

- Administrators were able to secure funding for Cassie to attend a second week at camp.

Your gifts support programs such as CA$H and MyFreeTaxes which enable low to moderate income individuals to file for their returns for free. Last year, more than 500 Cayuga County residents utilized these two programs bringing more than $500,000 back to our community.
