To drill 12-1/4" hole to approximately 225'. Run and cement back to surface approximately 225' of 8-5/8", 20#, H-40, ST&C Casing. A 7-7/8" hole will be drilled from under surface casing to approximately 4190' or a penetration of 450' into the Upper Minnelusa Formation. Mud and fresh water will be used for drilling fluid and blow-out preventer of sufficient test will be installed on the surface casing as a safety precaution to prevant blow-outs.

I have received one copy each of the logs which were run on the five MUrphy Oil Corp. oil tests drilled in Corson County last year. Also received the well history sheets and the corrected well history sheet that you sent later. Thanks far these, they will be useful.

As you may know the State of South Dakota requires two copies of all geologic infm—ation from test holes drilled in South Dakota. Therefore I am wondering if you have not already sent a second oopy of the logs and well histories (any drill stem tests, core descriptions or other pertinent information from these tests) to Vermillion would you please do so at your earliest convenience.
