ANTI-GRAFFITI PROGRAM The City of El Paso cleans up graffiti from public and private properties by dialing 311. The wipeout effort is led by a full-time team of anti-graffiti technicians, who make their way through the community removing tagging from parks, homes and street signs. Priority is given to graffiti that is noticeable from the street. Graffiti is not only an eyesore; it lowers property values, attracts more graffiti, and threatens public safety. Help Make a Difference in the battle against tagging by reporting activity and taking advantage of the City's graffiti removal services. Some indications that your child may be a tagger are : 1. Your child stays out until early morning or all night. 2. Your child frequently wears a large backpack or baggy pants. 3. Clothing may be paint-stained. 4. Packs and loose clothing can be used to hold paint cans or carry graffiti tools. 5. Some indications that your child may be a tagger are:

5. Your child carries tools used for etching glass, such as hole punches, rocks, glass cutters, screwdrivers, awls, metal scribes, or other sharp objects. (Your child may not be able to explain exactly why he/she has this in their possession.)

6. Your child has taken up the hobby of ink marking.
