Shane Wilson, Queensland Building Services Authority(QBSA),Rostron Carlyle choose to blatantly hang up or intentionally ignore Brenton Wayne Butler

As per the Campbell Newman Facebook page, the Department of Housing and Public Works will establish an independent unit to review complaints received about the BSA. Shane Wilson who is employed by the Queensland Building Services Authority (QBSA) was named in the below post about rogue behaviour. It was also mentioned that complaints were lodged to the Crime and Misconduct Commission about potential criminal actions that the Queensland Building Services Authority (QBSA) and its workers had committed. The posts were deleted. The Queensland Building Services Authority (QBSA) even whilst under such current pressure continues behaviour ofrogue nature. Once again recently Brenton Wayne Butler called the QBSA to outline where he lives in the Philippines, but again the QBSA choose to state they can’t discuss the matter with him and hung up. The sooner the Queensland Building Services Authority (QBSA) is disbanded and replaced the better for all of Queensland.

BrentonButler The QBSA squandered hundreds of thousands of dollars in battles against myself. They collectively cost

Queensland Government and Queenslanders circa $500,000 in associated matters. This money is truly unrecoverable to

Queensland.

The basic reason is this. QBSA act as Insurer, Insurance debt collector, industry regulator, police prosecutions, consumer

legal advisor, SPER collections and more. All these roles they assume create devastating conflict of interests.

Segregate this organization to save future matters like mine. Also they would be one of the highest ranking government

organizations in Australia that have such disregard for their own legislation.

I freely admit I was brutal with QBSA to win. But they are an equally brutal pack of vultures. If the organization was

segregated then things would of been resolved quick and cheap as conflict of interests wouldn't have existed.

This is my experience. But I also know many people with similar experiences though. Some of the people I know are

consumers and some builders.

Full respect to you Mr Newman and Mr Mander as I know of your great work and reputations. If you create the right

restructure then things will work pretty neat in the future. Cheers.

Brenton Butler Ben just one example from my experience. I put in a complaint about the QBSA to a superior authority.

The superior authority told me to contact a specific head of complaints at the QBSA. I was told the QBSA handle their own

complaints.

Upon calling the QBSA, they said we can't help you on the matter. Then the head of complaints hung up the phone on me.

It's not good to have Caesar judge Caesar in my mind as well.
