CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN - AUDIT SMETA - FEBRUARY 2015

3.4.3 OBSERVATION BY SMETA:

In the agrochemical storage area of the packing plant, it was observed that the presence of wood (shelves and litter) which is

not relevant in these areas.

Similarly, the cylinder containing other chemicals, is completely enclosed, with no ventilation, causing the output of a strong

smell of the products when opened.

• In the agrochemical storage area of our packing plant it is removed wood (shelves and litter).

• It can also be seen in the pictures below the cylinder containing other chemicals which was pierced for proper setting and

prevent strong chemical odors.

3.6.11 OBSERVATION BY SMETA PART I:

The warehouse manager agrochemicals and those conducting the post-harvest mixing, use disposable surgical masks and gloves), EPP not

suitable for the work and handling of these products.

• There has been delivering EPP store personnel agrochemicals and those conducting the post-harvest mixing.

3.6.11 OBSERVATION BY SMETA PART II:

Similarly, staff of the cameras were not using PPE indicated in the procedure of delivery and return of uniforms. --- It has been made induction

talks to publicize the use of PPE, took delivery and instructed to use.

• The staff of the cameras from the date used every day as their clothing: Diver and waterproof jacket, hat, gloves and steel-toed shoes.

• It has been decided to perform daily training of 05 minutes indicating the procedure for the use of their clothing:

3.6.20 OBSERVATION BY SMETA:

The absence of an emergency eyewash and shower verified store agrochemicals Similarly, there are no emergency eyewash and shower in the

floor area where the PPST-harvest mixing.

• Two lavatories eyewash was implemented with emergency shower pipe in the area of agrochemicals and near the area waxing (post-harvest

Mix)

• You will be informed the staff who are responsible for using the chemicals with regard to lavatories with emergency shower pipe both the area

of agrochemicals and waxing.

3.1.10. OBSERVATION BY SMETA:

Some extinguishers heights heights unfit (over 1.50 m) are

• It was felt in all areas of Administrative Packing and location of fire extinguishers at the height of the medidad: Between 1.40 m to 1.50 m with

accompanying maintenance supervisors and the Committee on Safety and Health at Work.

3.4.5. OBSERVATION BY SMETA:

No safety data sheets (MSDS) in stock and products that remain in use.

In the area where the staff placed crates, it was found that the worker was performing his duties in a pyramid, which in turn is placed on a high

table aluminum (no stairs). Representing a high risk of accident.

DOMINUS RESPONSE FROM SAC:

• If there are safety data sheets but they were not located in the right place, for now

• On Tuesday, March 10, 2015 01 metal staircase structure was fabricated to prevent any accident

within the company.

As for the above observations, it has been fulfilled on time and coordinated with the auditing of SMETA which took place on 27 and February 28,

2015.
