The lower part of Fig. 4 of the above paper [1] con-

tained incorrect references to equations in the paper. In the

figure, the referenced equations   BEq. (22),[ BEq. (23),[   and

BEq. (31)[ in the boxes should have been BEq. (13),[ BEq. (14),[

and   BEq. (20),[   respectively, as shown in the figure given

below.
