CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER DAVID WRIGHTDavid has been involved in all aspects of the building industry over the past 27 years, from site set out and excavation works right through to detailed joinery. A licensed carpenter and joiner by trade, David is also a licensed builder in NSW and the ACT. He has dedicated the last 12 years to the modular building sector with an emphasis on high specification buildings.

SALES MANAGER JOSH CHAPLINJosh has been in the modular building industry for over 14 years and brings a wealth of experience to MBS having held various positions over that time such as procurement, production, project management and sales. Josh has worked across all market sectors and successfully overseen numerous major projects.

BID MANAGER AMANDA MOGLIAAmanda has over 15 years experience working in the construction industry. Amanda heads up the Bid Team and with a Diploma in Building Construction, quality submissions are ensured. Specialising in Sustainability, Adaptable Living and Value Engineering. Amanda provides valuable tender reviews to our team and clients.

NATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER MARK CONROYWith over 25 years experience in the construction industry, Mark combines a wealth of practical experience in the design and construction market. He is responsible for managing key business relationships with MBS clients, Project Management and construction delivery.

DESIGN MANAGER DEAN TOSKOSKIDean has a strong, valuable technical background with 15 years of experience in the construction industry. With his knowledge and experience he has completed several major projects with optimal success. For the past 4 years Dean has secured the role of the Design Manager role.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & FACILITIES DANNY SHAWDanny has over 15 years experience in the transportation and installation of modular buildings, including the installation of the bulk of the Olympic Village in 2000. He has both the practical and technical experience necessary to complete buildings to schedule. Danny also has a certificate in Project Management from University of NSW.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER HELANATH DISSANAYAKE

Helanath is a qualified financial controller with over 15 years experience specifically in managing capital projects both national and international. He holds the responsibility for the financial management, control and reporting on all projects and the corporate office. He brings to MBS valuable experience in negotiating and managing financial aspects of all contracts.

MBS have a 9,000m2 under roof off-site modular construction facility located in Smithfield NSW, ideally positioned close to the M4 & M7 motorway networks.

The large Smithfield facility provides MBS with considerable flexibility to build volume orders of repetitive design modules as well as custom projects. The facility includes the MBS Head Office, Stores, FrameCAD assembly area, Spray Booth, Welding Bay, undercover Off-Site modular construction area and considerable hard stand for storage.

Our facility is always available for client inspection.
