By focusing on the development of lifestyle property, hospitality & entertainment, MNC Land always prioritize the innovation of its products and services. The Company’s mixed business model between recurring and non-recurring income generators is derived from the following segments: • Office Building • Lifestyle Resort & Hospitality • Residential • Entertainment center Currently, the recurring income segments is still the largest revenue generator contributing almost 85-90%, however in the next 2-3 years, the Company expects the non-recurring income composition will increase to 50-60% in line with the project completion and sales of its residentials and golf memberships. Moreover, the Company is now aiming to expand its portfolios into the developments of co-working, co-living and co-retail properties to accommodate the growing market demand of such space which mostly comes from the millennials.

Premium Grade-A Office Park Tower, a 37-storey building situated in MNC Center, a 5-ha integrated mixed-use complex in the Kebon Sirih area, very close to the CBD Jakarta.

The hotel also offers various facilities such as Ballroom, Meeting rooms, Spa and Fitness Center as well as world-class dining and entertainment experience which will be a perfect choice for conducting weddings, corporate gatherings and social events.
Park Hyatt Jakarta is scheduled to launch its operations towards the end of 2019.

Lido Lake Resort & Convention Center Resort Hotel
Lido Lake Resort is located in Lido area, which was first built during the Dutch colonial era in 1939 and has its own charm and has long been known to the people of West Java. The Lido Lake Resort was first built in 1995 and just recently completed major renovation and has been opened for the soft opening since November 2018.
Located approximately 70 Km from Jakarta, the Lido Lake Resort area is located in a cool climate because it is on a highland (700m above the sea level) and is surrounded by 2 mountains, namely Mt. Salak and Mt. Gede Pangrango. In addition, the hotel is also located on the lakeside and offers a variety of natural tourism, therefore, Lido Lake Resort is very suitable for a family vacation destination as well as for company gathering venue.
The hotel occupied a total land area of 3.3 ha and features 101 roomkeys, wedding venue and MICE facilities which can accommodate up to 500 pax. Recently, the hotel received an award of Certificate of Excellence 2019 from TripAdvisor.

Bocimi Toll Road section I was inaugurated by President Joko Widodo and started its operations on 1 December 2018. Via this toll road, MNC Lido City can be reached within 1 hour drive from Jakarta through exit toll Cigombong 1. Furthermore, MNC Lido City also has a direct access to Bocimi Toll Road through the second exit toll Cigombong 2 which is not in operations yet.

Estimated total Capital Expeditures from 2020 – 2023 to develop the above projects is approx. Rp 25 trillion (equiv. to USD 1.75 bio) of which the funding source will be from Banks/Financial Institutions which currently on progress up to 45%, Sales Proceeds will contribute 35% and the remaining 20% is from Equity.
