Lawrence B. Larisma - President and CEO
Lawrence currently serves as President and CEO with over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance. He is responsible for the execution and expansion of the firm’s capital markets platform as well as the firm’s overall direction. He specializes in debt, equity and structured finance for multifamily, healthcare and other types of commercial real estate.
Prior to forming Reiles Capital Group, Lawrence was a Senior Originator and Underwriter at Greystone & Co., a New York based real estate investment banking firm, as well as its subsidiary, Greystone Funding Corporation. During his close to 17 year tenure, he was responsible for originating and underwriting over $1.3 billion in commercial real estate financing. Prior to joining Greystone, Lawrence worked at Rudinger & Heller, LLP, a CPA firm based in White Plains, New York. He has served on the Board of Trustees for Calvary Baptist Church as well as The Salisbury Hotel in New York.
Lawrence graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business and Management from Schiller International University in London, Heidelberg and Paris. Lawrence is a Member of the Urban Land Institute.
Breska Larisma – Executive Vice President
Breska currently serves as Executive Vice President and is responsible for managing the firm’s operations. Prior to joining Reiles Capital Group, Breska was President of K&L Realty Ventures, a commercial real estate loan brokerage firm based in Westchester, New York. Prior to heading K&L, Breska was a banker with HSBC Bank USA in New York as well as a FINRA Series 6 & 63 licensed broker through HSBC Securities USA, Inc. Breska graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Investments from the Zicklin School of Business of Baruch College (CUNY) in New York.
