The Company DO.II Designs Ltd. is a limited liability company incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We are a reputable Nigerian company, encouraging capacity development through employing locally to build and enhance the

furniture sector by promoting a “Made In Nigeria” vision.

DO.II focuses on furniture manufacturing, interior design and turnkey construction and remodelling projects for selected market sectors

which include financial, hospitality, entertainment, and corporate office environments as well as the residential sector.

We excel at furnishing the most efficient, stylish and affordable space for both our commercial and individual client needs.

With over 25 years in the furniture manufacturing and interior design industry, originally at the helm of Design Options, DO.II’s founder,

Ifeyinwa Ighodalo has accumulated extensive experience, as well as a reputation for quality, elegance, and premium customer service.

ASUE IGHODALO – Chairman

Asue Ighodalo is a founding partner of Banwo & Ighodalo,

a multidisciplinary firm, which provides first-class legal

advice on numerous aspects of corporate and commercial

Nigerian law. He obtained his first degree in Economics

from the University of Ibadan, a law degree from the

London School of Economics; and was admitted into the

Nigerian Bar in July 1985.

His core areas of practice are Corporate Finance, Project

Finance, Securities and Capital Markets, Energy & Natural

Resources, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Asue is a member

of the Nigerian bar Association, International bar

Association (Section on Energy and Natural Resources

Law), Association of International Petroleum Negotiators,

Nigerian Economic Summit Group (board member). He has

extensive experience in all of his core practice areas. He

has been engaged in major corporate mergers and

restructurings in Nigeria in the last ten years, and virtually all

of the local and international debt and equity

capital raisings for the Nigerian Government, sub-

sovereigns and corporates.

Asue sits on the boards of public and private

companies and Non-Governmental Organizations

(NGOs) including the Christopher Kolade Foundation,

FATE Foundation (an NGO committed to the

development of entrepreneurial skills in Nigeria),

Dangote Flour Mills Plc. Mainstreet Technologies

Limited (sponsor of the Main One subsea cable

project), Boff & Co. Insurance Brokers Limited,

Cardinal Stone Partners, Okomu Oil Palm Plc., Global

Mix Limited, Kakawa Discount House and is the

Chairman, Board of Directors Sterling Bank Plc.

He also serves on Government advisory and

technical committees from time to time. He is

IFEYINWA IGHODALO- Chief Executive

Ifeyinwa is a graduate of Accounting from the University of

Nigeria Nsukka.

Ifeyinwa has founded and run various furniture

manufacturing and interior design companies, including

Coonita, Casafina Furniture Company and Design Options,

which she co-founded in 1987. Her passion for interiors

helped grow Design Options and establish the brand as

the preferred choice and one-stop shop for furniture and

interior design in Nigeria.

As an icon and pioneer in the Nigerian furniture

manufacturing and interior design industry, Ifeyinwa is

experienced in providing strategic innovations, ideas and

solutions for the residential and corporate markets for

furniture and interiors. She has set out to reinvent the brand

DO.II, which is positioned to service the need for a wide

range of state-of-the-art designs, furniture locally produced

to global standards, high-end finishes, along with top of the

line organisation and unparalleled customer service, thus

filling the gap that the dissolution of Design Options has left.

Her special skills include Coordination and Facilitation,

Customer Relationship Management and Project

Management.

She is the proud recipient of the prestigious International

Women Entrepreneurial Challenge (IWEC) 2010 Award, a

global initiative supported by the US Department of State.

DO.II was honoured with the 2012 Best Residential Designer

Award, 2014 Best Hospitality Designer Award as well as the

African Property Awards 2015-2016.

Ifeyinwa sits on the following boards; WIMBIZ (Women in

Management & Business )- Founding member & member of

the Board of Trustees, IDAN (Interior Designers Association of

Nigeria) – Vice President / Board Member, Standard Bearers

School – Board Member, Mustard ‘Ville School – Board

Member. She is happily married and blessed with an

amazing daughter.

UGOCHI KANU – GM Operations

Ugochi is a top-performing business, marketing, and development professional with proven ability to drive

business expansion through aggressive sales initiatives that deliver revenue growth, market share and market

penetration.

Ugochi started her career as a Sales Executive and grew through her the ranks to become a General

Manager. She is experienced at coordinating start-ups, financial management, evaluating business

functions which include Sales, Marketing, Operations and Administration functions.

Ugochi has developed expertise in several areas of Business Management including Sales, Administrative,

Financial Management, Project Management, Negotiation, Business Development and Branding, Team

Building, Training and Development and General Business Management. She is a strategic thinker and has

proven track records of aggressively driving sales.

She has professional affiliations with American Business Women’s Association (ABWA), National Association

Sales Professionals (NASP), American association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM),

California Association for Health services at Home (CASAH). She has certifications in Situation Leadership,

Sales and Business Development, Disaster Training Specialist – American Red Cross 2005 and a host of others.

KOLA ADEMUWAGUN – Head, Accounts & Finance

Kola is a dedicated chartered accountant and chartered tax practitioner with over twelve years of financial

and accounting experience developing and/or implementing financial systems, strategies, processes and

controls that significantly improve the bottom line. He is experienced in establishing accounting functions,

systems and best practices; cost-reduction, automation and tax strategies to ensure goal-surpassing fiscal

performance.

CHINWE AKAISO – Head, Operations

An articulate and dynamic Manager with focused vision and great analytical skills in handling task and

situations; having worked more

than 10 years in various capacities, with at least 6 years at middle level management. Has great flair for

problem solving, without compromising quality and output. She is a skilled negotiator with excellent

interpersonal & relationship skills. She is an excellent leader with outstanding team spirit. Chinwe has an

unimpeachable character and has a high level of attention.

BLESSING MOMOH – Sales & Client Service Manager

Blessing possesses over 7 years of experience in Customer Service. She has strong selling skills. She

has risen through the ranks from Customer Service to Sales Manager. She is solely responsible for

managing the aesthetics of the Showroom regarding fabric selection, colour mixing, and

accessorization in arriving at the best blend of beauty. She is a Team Player, Diligent, Challenge

Motivated, Goal Oriented, has an excellent interpersonal & relationship skills, Hardworking and

always eager to learn new method and procedures.

Chinyere is an astute Architect with good level of Interior designs skills. She has worked in several interior

design and furniture making companies both at the Middle level and Management level.

SHINA RAJI – Head, Production & Quality Control

Shina has got over 7 years of experience in the furniture industry. He started his career as a technical

manager and has grown through the ranks to become the Production/ Quality Control Manager of DO.II

Designs. He brings to bear his technical experience and educational background in Wood Products

Engineering.

Shina possesses great teamwork, Good human relationship, leadership and public speaking ability. He has

good interpersonal and communication skills, a good team player and leader, eager to

learn and adapts to new technologies or changes with a high level of determination and sense of purpose

once a responsibility is defined and assigned.

DANIELLA ENAOHWO – Creative Designer

A confident, competent and imaginative architect/interior designer with experience of working on a mixture of

projects ranging from residential to commercial. Having an excellent approach to solving problems and a

proven ability to generate fresh solutions for the renovation of internal spaces and ensuring projected

architectural designs are functional, safe and economical and meet the needs of the client.

Easy going by nature and able to get along with both work colleagues and senior managers.
