S&P INFRA group was incorporated in 2000 with a vision of efficient and sustainable infrastructure development. Headquartered in New Delhi, it is one of the fastest growing infrastructure development groups in India with a significant presence in construction, repair, and maintenance of civil infrastructure in India.
S&P INFRA group is built on its integrity, reliability, innovation, and economic efficiency, which reflect from the several important projects successfully undertaken by the company in a span of 10 years.

S&P INFRA’s excellent track record in the industry and its incessant efforts has enabled it to undertake various multi-‐disciplinary projects on EPC basis and it is currently underway to achieve high growth corridor highway projects under build, operate, and transfer (BOT) basis, in either Toll or Annuity category.

Our endeavours create sustainable civil infrastructure and our project life cycle management is exemplary of maintaining quality while achieving end-‐goals within pre-‐defined timelines, something that is rarely done than said in the infrastructure sector in India.
S&P INFRA maintains an inventory of the latest modern equipment and specialized machinery for the execution of roads and highway building and maintenance projects around the country. S&P Infra group has successfully completed 13 roads and highway projects, and is currently undertaking 15 other projects at various locations in India. Company’s portfolio of works is expanding through its interest in 21 new projects that have been bid in the last 2 quarters of 2010, creating a strong future order book and an exponential growth potential in the years to come.

Business Highlights Geographic and Product spread helps in revenue growth The Company has undertaken the projects in different parts of India through its diverse activities in the field of turnkey execution. It undertakes design, detailed engineering, construction, maintenance, and repair of complete range of civil infrastructure projects like roads, highways, and tunnels. Currently, S&P Infra has project undertakings in Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Arunachal Pradesh. Increased revenue share from Design and EPC Division The company has grown multi-‐folds between 2006 and 2010 by its meticulous approach towards the undergoing projects. EPC division has provided major revenue share due to its strategic advantage of timely completion of projects and value creation in each region of company’s operation. Design team has also supported our performance in project handling and construction. Research and Development Activities The Company has in-‐house team for research and development working for improvement in these productivity and processes.

Achievements – Financial and Technical S&P INFRA in comparison to its peers has performed relatively well on
parameters like revenue growth, return on revenue and liquidity.
Strong financial growth with FY 2009-‐10 revenue of Rs. 544.97 million and a CAGR of 56.77% between 2006 and 2010.
We have revived many projects of companies that have not been able to execute their projects. (S&P Infra took over a Rs. 600 million project from M/s Atlanta Infrastructure and completed by time under a JV).
Our company is known for its excellent track record of project completion in our working areas like Uttar Pradesh, where major share of our projects are located.
Company’s technical expertise lies in roads and highway building through the use of latest technology.
