Since June 2016 is Deputy Director General of Legal Affairs of the National Media Group.Authored a monograph on Civil regulation of the clause on retaining ownership in contractual obligations, as well as a number of articles in legal printed media.

Graduated with honors from Moscow State University, Faculty of History, with a degree in History of International Relations. Holds a PhD in history of International relations. From 2007 to 2011 – worked as a news reporter at «Russia-1» TV-channel and as a news anchor at the «Zvezda TV» network run by the Russian Ministry of Defence. From 2011 to 2012 – worked at the communications consultancy “Mikhailov & Partners” supporting projects in the public and political sphere. In 2012 headed the information division of PJSC Rosneft Oil Company where worked over the company’s public positioning strategy. From 2015 to 2017 spent a year as PR Director at «RT-Business Development», Russian investments holding of State Corporation Rostec. In March 2017 became Deputy Director General for Strategic Communications and PR at CJSC National Media Group.

Decade of sustained growth

National Media Group established by merging the media assets of Rossiya Bank, Alexey Mordashov, Surgutneftegas and the Sogaz Insurance Group.

The Group strengthens its presence in the printed media segment. It purchases Metro St. Petersburg,popular regional newspaper,and increases its stake in the federal newspaper Izvestia.

Strategic partnership concluded with Discovery Communicationsfor managing the Russian-language channels of the Discovery Group (9 television channels, including Discovery Channel, TLC, Animal Planet and Eurosport).

March, 2017, NMG purchases 100% stake at Amber Data, leading Russian technological platform for managing anonymized user data on the Internet.

The Holding takes leadership positions in the television segment through the acquisition of shares in Channel One, REN TV, and CTC Media. The Holding expands into the broadcasting segment through acquiring the leading news radio station Russian News Service.

The Holding enters the market of producing television and cinema content through acquiring stake in Art Pictures Vision.

The holding expands into the subscription of TV segment. It concludes partnershipwith Viasat Group (15 television channels, including TV 1000 Russkoye Kino, TV 1000, TV Action, Viasat History), and purchases a portfolio of Turner TV channels in Russia (CNN news channel, children’s Cartoon Network and Boomerang). The Group extends its presence in the printed media segment: in March, 2016, NMG acquires 25% of JSC Sport-Express.In September 2016, the share in JSC Sport-Express increases to 75%.

Channel One leads the national TV broadcasting. The channel has the biggest audience coverage, with its programs watched by over 140 million people. It broadcasts all genres and formats ranging from news and authorial programs, talk shows and children’s programs up to documentary investigations, new Russian and foreign films, best series and reality shows.

The history of Izvestia dates back to 1917, which is why is deserves the right to be called one of the oldest publications in Russia. Issued five times a weekly from Monday to Friday, the newspaper draws the attention of over 280 thousand readers.

Izvestia is one of the most important sources of social, political, and business news. The newspaper covers political, economic, business, cultural and sport events in Russia and worldwide.

Running Hearts charity race

In May 2017, NMG for the first time became a title media partner of the Green Marathon called Running Hearts, which was held in 54 cities of Russia. Apart from the capital, the Green Marathon was held in 53 cities from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. Over 75 thousand people participated in total, with around 10 thousand people in the capital.

The purpose of the Green Marathon Running Hearts is to raise mo ne y for expanding the range of the early aid to young children with special developmental needs and their family members. The project is carried out by the Naked Heart Foundation within the program Each Child Deserves a Family.

What you care most is to make it to the finish li ne. What a child with needs cares most is to be supported at the very start!

The Naked Heart Foundation is an international charity organization established by Natalia Vodyanova in 2004. It primarily aims at creating a system of free services to families raising children with special needs, and building inclusive play parks and playgrounds for children of all ages and capabilities. Alongside with this, the Fund aims at bringing to life its key mission, which is fostering the development of an inclusive society, which is open to people with special needs.

Angel DayIn 2016, the kindest TV programme on Channel Five helped 36 children from orphanages find their families who love and cherish them

Channel Five is airing a unique project whose authors do not only aim at drawing great attention to the issue of orphanhood but also set an applied goal, which is to find parents to the orphans participating in their programme. Every episode is about a particular child from an orphanage. Launched in 2013, the project helps bring to life the most cherished dreams of children who happened to have little joy in their lives.

The programme helped find families to 42 children in 2015, and 37 children in 2016. Since early 2017, 10 children got a mother and a father. Over the entire life of the project, 135 children participating in Angel Day (Den Angela) found their families, with 167 episodes aired these years. Angel Day (Den Angela) is a programme about love, which children from orphanages are so badly deprived of.

Under the Angel Day framework, Channel Five annually provides charity support to several orphanages in the Leningrad Region. Svirstroy Orphanage received a Volkswagen Caddy minivan as its 2015 New Year gift. The gifts of past years inlcude three outdoor playgrounds (Kingisepp orphanage, Vyborg orphanage RODNICHOK, Tikhvin orphanage), two Volkswagen Caravelle minivans (Tikhvin orphanage, Budogosh orphanage), five kitchen furniture units for apartment-type groups for the Family Orphanage project (Vyborg orphanage RODNICHOK).

For several years, Channel Five has been cooperating with charity funds helping sick children. More than one hundred of young children received the vital treatment thanks to the viewers of Channel Five and their support.On 5 February 2015, the Channel launched the weekly charity promotion The Day of Good Deeds on Channel Five. Each Thursday the Channel talks about a child needing an urgent treatment. During the entire day, anchors of various programmes ranging from the entertaining news program Morning on Channel 5 (“Utro na 5”) up to the night news Now (Seichas) broadcast at 10 p. m. introduce “the hero of the day” to the viewers for as many people as possible to help the child cope with the disease. The promotion is supported by image commercials with special graphics and Russian celebrities throughout the entire broadcasting day.

The first day of the promotion brought in over 16 million rubles transferred by the viewers of Channel Five for the 4-month-old Kirill needing a costly emergency heart surgery. This did not only suffice to treat Kirill but also operate other young patients.

As of now, children received over 1.3 billion rubles from over 7 million individual and 5 thousand corporate charity givers. Over 2,485 children have been helped, with the treatment success rate nearing 100%.

Together with Nashe Radio radio station, REN TV runs a charity project on the New Year’s Eve called Become Santa Claus! (Stan Dedom Morozom!) for children from Solnyshko Filimonki Orphanage. Any viewer or listener could play the winter’s key character, Santa Claus. For this, they had to fulfil a wish from a letter. The letters by children from the Solnyshko Filimonki Orphanage could be found on a special website.

The project participants were offered to choose a child's letter from the list, and make a gift. The gifts were transferred to the children at a special charity concert organized by REN TV and Nashe Radio. New Year songs and dances were performed by Andrey Dobrov, anchor of the night news on REN TV, Stasya Shulga, Head of REN TV Press Center, the singers Yuta and Sergey The Spider Troitsky, Nata Uridia, Chief Brand Manager at Multimedia Holding, and others.

Children Like ChildrenOn the eve of September 1, REN TV run the initiative Children Like Children (Deti Kak Deti!) for the professional vocational guidance to children from Solnyshko Filimonki OrphanageREN TV employees have been visiting children from the Solnyshko Orphanage for several years to provide them with a caring and cordial atmosphere, and just to set up merry celebrations. Within the framework of Children Like Children! (Deti kak Deti!),every kid was asked a difficult question of “Who will I become when I grow up?” Children drew pictures about who they want to become, after which the employees helped them bring to life the images of their future professions.

The Channel did its best to try and bring their memories to life having organized for a photo session with children dressed up as spacemen, teachers, doctors, ballet dancers,and artists, thus having set up a real celebration with clowns, a petting zoo with exotic animals, and cotton candy. Every child got photos to remember the day.
