Anish is a young objective driven entrepreneur, founder and Managing Director of AG Technologies. Under his leadership the company

has grown to a corporate family of over 450 members. He drives key external relations, and specializes in designing and implementation

of innovative business methods and operation strategies. A graduate from Boston University, Anish has received various awards &

accolades for rendering consistent quality services & for his exemplary performance.

Vivek Pandey - C.O.O.

Vivek is an Engineering Graduate with Masters in Financial Management and has over 20 years experience in IT Industry. He is

instrumental in setting up the Microsoft & SAP center of excellence for the company. Under his guidance AG Technologies has achieved

the highest IT delivery maturity recognitions like CMMi SE/SW Level 5, Six Sigma and others. Prior to this he has worked with various IT

companies such TCG Software, Syntel Software and Datamatics Technologies and led many international projects .

Ganesh Gajakosh –

CTO : Software Solutions

Ganesh has overall 13 Years of experience in the IT

industry. He is the group manager for the software solution

team and can be credited for our reputation of timely

delivery with quality parameters exceeding the agreed-

upon benchmarks.

Shailesh Kalyankar –

Delivery Head - SAP

Shailesh is a result oriented individual with an industry

experience of 19 years to his credit. He has successfully
