CORPORATE ORDER FORM - WESTF IELD GIF T CARDS (NZ)
By signing this form you acknowledge and agree to the Westfield Gift Card terms and conditions located at giftcards.westfield.co.nz and to the following terms and conditions:- All orders will incur a courier fee if purchased through Scentre Group, owner and operator of Westfield Shopping Centres in New Zealand, unless an alternative arrangement is made.- If you arrange your own courier the risk and responsibility of the Gift Cards transfers to you upon pick up by your nominated courier.- Once payment has been received please allow up to three working days for your order to be processed. - On receipt you will be required to submit a Card Activation Form accepting full responsibility for the order. All Gift Cards will then be activated.- Once the order has been processed cancelled orders will incur a $75 cancellation fee.- Once delivered orders will not be refunded.
