This gorgeous & spacious private dining/break room, located on the lower level, is completed with abeautiful built-in bar with seating for 8; and 10, 36” square intimate dining tables. This additional 1000 ft2

space is equipped with two bathrooms, a 50” TV monitor that can be connected to a laptop or used to viewcable TV, & can seat up to 40 people. Your guests will enjoy a comfortable & relaxing private dining area thatis separate from the main meeting rooms. Tables can be setup to meet your specific dining & meeting needs.

BUSINESS CENTERThis room offers “office away from the officeconvenience” with 2 desks and office chairs, alandline telephone, network printer, and generaloffice supplies. What is your catering and food policy?

We recommend three different full-service caterers who work extremely well with Sigmas.However you may use any caterer or bring your own food. The caterer or host is responsiblefor all china/serving ware, glassware, food setup, serving, clean up and disposal.

*If you choose to provide your own food or use a caterer not on our recommended catererlist, an additional $500 Security/Cleaning deposit fee will be required upon booking. ThisSecurity/Cleaning deposit fee will be returned to you or used towards your balance only ifupon event closure, the caterer/customer leave Sigmas in the condition that it was originallyfound, and a completed cleaning/breakdown checklist is submitted by the caterer/customerand approved by Sigmas at the end of the event. Failure to meet any of Sigmas’requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of the $500 Security/Cleaning deposit, inaddition to the fees normally charged for the pricing package. No exceptions will be made.

If there will be NO food brought in to Sigmas by individual guests, the meeting host, and/ora non-approved caterer, this additional Security/Cleaning fee will not be required uponbooking. Standard deposits will apply.

Who is responsible for providing the staff and cleaning?

Sigmas’ venue staff, led by our own venue manager, is on-site during your event to managethe facility including maintenance, bathroom stocking, major spills, and overall venuesupervision.

In preparation for your event, our staff will setup the number of tables and chairs requestedaccording to your seating preference; including the setup of our linen tablecloths on the 60”round or 6’rectangular tables. If linens are rented outside of Sigmas, the host/caterer will beresponsible for all linen setup.

Our staff is not responsible for setting up the décor, centerpieces (other than house providedcenterpieces and décor), table place settings, timeline, vendor management, food set-up/serving, cleanup, etc.

We strongly recommend, at a minimum, a day-of coordinator to oversee those details. Ourpreferred caterers offer this service, and we can recommend independent event planners.

We will help to coordinate the logistics with your caterer and/or event planner to ensureyour day runs smoothly and stress-free.

How do you handle vendors and decoration?

We are not exclusive to any vendors however we are happy to make recommendations. Youare permitted to use our house table and ledge decorations or bring your own; either way,you will be responsible for setting up all decorations within the allotted time rental.

Confetti, glitter, sparklers, rice throwing, dove/butterfly launch are not permitted.

Flameless candles are permitted; real candles may be permitted at the discretion of Sigmas’management team.

Certificates of insurance for vendors can be required at Sigmas’ management’s discretion.

Do you provide linens?

Our rectangular tablecloths, round table floor-length tablecloths, and/or napkins in variouscolors (white, ivory, black, purple) are included in your corporate meeting rental.

If you desire specialty linens, you are welcome to rent those with your chosenvendor/caterer. However you, or your caterer, will be responsible for setting up thoselinens.

If you use Sigmas’ linens, you will not be responsible for collecting or laundering them atthe end of the event. Damages to Sigmas’ linens will be charged $20/tablecloth and$10/napkin and will be charged at the sole discretion of Sigmas (and includes the need forexcessive laundering).

What do you suggest for planning and coordination of our corporate event?

We recommend a day-of coordinator/internal meeting contact at a minimum. We canrecommend a corporate event planner that can assist you with comprehensive planning,design and coordination, or day-of coordination.

Sigmas’ Event Manager will work with your in-house or external planner to coordinate yourevent logistics to ensure a smooth day!

Who provides the beverages (non-alcoholic and/or alcoholic)?

Your caterer will provide the non-alcoholic beverages you need for meals and snacks. Youmay provide your own beverages, and in doing so, must provide appropriate glass ordisposable cups. You will be responsible for all glassware cleanup (or your caterer, if theyare providing your beverages).

You may choose for an all-day beverage package “add-on” to provide a variety of non-alcoholic beverages that includes glass or disposable drinkware and setup/cleanup.

Should your corporate event also desire alcoholic beverages, please know that there is nosale of alcohol at Sigmas and no BYOB/bottle service is permitted by individual guests. Anywine, champagne, or alcohol must be purchased by the host and served by a certifiedbartender through your caterer or bartending company. A liquor liability insurancecertificate must be provided by you, your caterer or a bartending company. No exceptions.

The host will purchase the desired “mixers” package from the caterer/bartending companythat would include ice, mixers, garnishes, bar equipment, glassware, etc. for the host-supplied alcoholic beverages.

We do not allow “shots” of alcohol; if alcohol will be served, then it must be mixed with anon-alcoholic beverage mixer.

Do you have on-site parking?

We offer free on-site parking for up to 45 cars (this includes staff, vendor, and guest cars).You can hire a valet service if you believe you will exceed our free parking lot limit. Cost ofthe valet is the responsibility of the customer, and the valet company will be required toprovide a Certificate of Insurance.

What are your payment terms and pricing?

No dates are held without a non-refundable $500 deposit. 50% of the remaining balance isdue 45 calendar days from the date of the deposit. The final balance is due 90 days from thedate of the deposit.

The package price selected (hourly rate, flat “half-day” rate, or flat “full-day” rate) isinclusive of the amenities described previously. Add-ons are available for the prices statedpreviously and must be selected within 90 days from the date of the deposit.

Review the “Catering & Food Policy” that describes collection of an additionalSecurity/Cleaning fee that will be imposed for events that choose to bring their own food oruse a “non-approved” caterer.

You will be responsible for paying your caterer directly for their food/services. The invoiceyou receive from Sigmas will include fees for the (1) pricing package, (2) add-ons, if chosen,(3) security/cleaning fee, if required, (4) 7% tax.

What is your cancellation policy?

a) If a Cancellation occurs at any time from the date of execution of this Agreement to 120days prior to the Event Date, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to the initial deposit.

b) If a Cancellation occurs from 119 days to 46 days prior to the Event Date, the cancellationfee is equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the Estimated Total Cost.

c) If a Cancellation occurs 45 days or less prior to the Event Date, the cancellation fee isequivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the Estimated Total Cost, plus any documentedcancellation fees, penalties or expenses incurred by Sigmas as a result of cancelling theservices of any third-party vendor hired by Sigmas for purposes of the event.

In the unlikely event of a Cancellation, all deposits received will be retained EXCEPT for theadditional Security/Cleaning fee that is required for all events providing their own foodand/or using a non-approved caterer. That Security/Cleaning Fee will be returned orapplied to any incurred cancellation fees described in (b) and (c) above; however the non-refundable $500 deposit will not be returned for any cancellation reason.
