Registration fees will only be refunded if written notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the Conference. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the Conference, a substitute is welcomed, otherwise the full fee is charged. If no written notice is received, or if the delegate fails to report for the Conference, the full fee is chargeable.
