Branding Objectives

Ours Travel Services was founded in 1996 and serves a predominantly Chinese-speaking target audience. It sustains close relations with Cathay Pacific, Eva Air, China Airlines, Singapore Airlines and others to get the best possible deal for its clients. All its employees are of Taiwanese nationality and speak fluently English as well as Chinese. In coming phone calls are answered in Mandarin.The strengths of the business is its close customer relations, and quality in customer services. A small team of 8 employees is in direct touch with the customer to solve problems, not only in relation to flight bookings, but also in relation to accommodation, airport transfer etc. A personal touch characterises all of the companies activities, which are spearheaded by Linda, its owner.Ours Travel Services organises not only flights and accommodation, but also day tours to English Heritage sites. Here again the clientele is largely made of loyal customers, who enjoy the personal touch Ours Travel Services lends to its services.seconds from Warren Street underground station. It is a small office,

This newly design mark is to give the airline agency the feeling of refreshness and articulate what the agency is about. The logo was structured based on the idea of a flying blue magpie in the sky. Maggie is a Taiwan only species and is viewed as the bird of the nation. The abstract symbol of flying bird is placed onto of brand name, which is in orange to signify the warmth of the sun. Meaning ours travel provide warmth services to costumers.

The new signature consists of a logotype Ours Travel and a symbol. The typeface used for the new signature is medium in terms of weight. Futura is a nice simple font that is good for anything from headline to text. It has a geometric sans serif typeface, which is based on geometric shapes that becomes representative.  It also work together well with the symbol in terms of weight and mass of the typeface.
