Our exclusive App technology enables participants to communicate with us through multiple channels via their smart phone 24/7. Participants can check on the status of bookings via the App at any time. Of course, participants are welcome to call us and chat through any request they may have.

Virtual Support

Our Concierge help with any task or errands that is preventing your team from being fully engaged at work. We manage these tasks by learning their personal preferences and connecting them with our verified vendors.

From the ordinary to the extraordinary, our team can fulfil any request. From suggesting a gift for a friend’s birthday, recommending a trades person (and meet them onsite*) through to designing a luxury escape to Paris.

The Concierge Collective have the unique ability to offer Ground Support to Complement our Virtual Support which is critical in offering a complete concierge experience. Ground supports means that we are able to run errands across the country or around the corner.

Ground Support*



The Concierge Collective can take secure payment for third party services via our App. Participants are able to obtain goods and services and simply make payment at a time convenient to them. This means services can be requested without the worry of having cash immediately at hand.

Transactions

All staff are required to complete daily time reports. This report can be customized to reflect set performance criteria, by Participant and by service categories. This flexible customisation ensures the production of meaningful reports.

We encourage regular feedback meetings, monthly for the first three months and then quarterly, to ensure The Concierge Collective are always working in accordance with your requirements and the needs of your Participants.

Reporting

We work with your HR or Operations team to develop a communication plan for the introduction of the Corporate Concierge Service to ensure a high level of engagement is achieved.

Messaging

The evolution of the technology used in the delivery of our Corporate Concierge Service is ongoing and reviewed weekly. The constant sound of balls bouncing on walls — it had become pretty obvious our existing family home was starting to struggle to provide the necessary outlets a sports mad 7 year old boy needed. At the same time, our business had just taken on a major investor. With so much happening in our professional lives, the idea of preparing to buy/sell/move and all the associated logistics felt beyond us.

The Challenge

We were fortunate enough to have planned a once in a lifetime family holiday to enjoy the London 2012 Olympics and the planets managed to align in a way that enabled us to leave our original home to head off to the Olympics and return three weeks later (with a wonderful set of family experiences) into our new home with 150+ boxes of items already unpacked (by de-clutter experts) and all amenities and utilities in place and operational.

Our Values



Adele’s lifelong passion for planning, problem solving and being the go-to-girl was the inspiration for The Concierge Collective Pty Ltd which opened in August 2006.

Through her experience working in the corporate world for 20+ years, coupled with her parents’ business experience, she developed the business acumen which led her to become a Finalist in the Telstra Business Women Awards, Business Owner category in 2011. Adele is a Certified Concierge Specialist (CCS,) an Accredited Expert Professional Organiser and an Accredited Member of the National Concierge Association of the USA.

Adele is also the Co-Director of the Institute of Concierge and Lifestyle Managers (iCALM ). This organisation was created to support the growing needs of the industry in Australia and New Zealand. In this role Adele co-wrote Diploma of Personal Concierge services; the only accredited training for concierge in the world.

In 2015 Adele published her first book “HOME - A practical user guide to organising your home and life” with New Holland Publishing. She has also contributed to Rebecca Sparrow’s “Ask Me Anything” and Dr John Barletta’s “The Home Therapist”. Adele is a regular Lifestyle Commentator for Fairfax Media.

Our Team

Our approach to Corporate Concierge Service has been driven from our experience working within corporate environments. Our have held positions as former Executive Assistants, Learning and Development Managers, HR professionals and Business Service Managers from some of Australia leading professional service companies. This experience demands a high level of proactive and logical thought, backed by strong technical skills. We believe this skill set provides a much richer experience for our clients who demand excellent service every time.

Our Concierge are based locally and will manage Virtual and Ground Support requests from start to finish. The Concierge that Participants communicate with Virtually will often be the same person that delivers any Ground Support requirements.

Our Concierge have had years of experience in problem solving, creative and lateral thinking. They have an in-depth knowledge of available resources and connections critical to providing a seamless service, they are all members of the Institute of Concierge of Lifestyle Managers (iCALM).

When appointing The Concierge Collective, you are engaging an entire team of specialists based locally and internationally.



Working full time and having a child at school with after school activities, it was hard to make the time to re-organise spaces or arrange trades people at a time convenient for someone to be at home. Often finding reliable contractors is a hard job in itself. I had to downsize my family home and there was furniture going to many locations, and trades needed for various tasks. There is no way I could have physically completed the job in the timeframes involved.

The Challenge

The end result was far above & beyond what I could have imagined possible in the short time frame and so professionally done. The effort the team put into my new home was just fantastic. I walked in & everything was like a display home. The organisation was much more logical and so much more care was taken than if I had to rush & unpack myself. I think moving is a stressful time and Adele’s team just made the experience so stress free and easy.
