Cornell-IP3 PPP Executive ProgramPublic-private partnerships (PPPs) have become critical tools in the design, construction, finance, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure facilities. They are used in a wide range of economic sectors and countries. The Cornell University-IP3 PPP Executive Education Program offers a premier, executive-level, intensive three-day course for public and private sector leaders, managers, and policymakers to learn how to successfully implement PPPs.

Become a SpecialistThis Executive Education Program focuses on sharing best practices and lessons learned from successful international PPP projects across all industry sectors. The course will cover PPP planning, contracting, financing, and management; and include project bankability, finance sources, and credit enhancements. Participants will learn from case-study examples of both successful and unsuccessful PPPs. They also will benefit from new contacts, connections, and collaborations with other motivated participants through shared sessions and networking opportunities.

Enhance SkillsThe program will enhance participants’ ability to structure standalone PPS using global best practices. Public and private sector leaders, managers, and practitioners will enhance their capacity to successfully plan, structure, and operate infrastructure PPPs. The program discusses PPP implementation in both emerging and developed economies.

This program is taught by world-renowned academics researching the PPP space and industry practitioners with extensive experience in delivering PPP projects.

Who Should AttendThe program is designed for senior and advanced-career professionals in the public sector, as well as private sector executives. This includes professionals who are reasonably experienced at delivering PPP projects and desire more executive-level training.
